Petrol may please you with perfectly cooked kota. The staff is said to be good here. Service at this place is something one can call fine. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Been there on 2023/03/29 - service was very unfriendly. When I wanted to use the voucher my girlfriend and I got when using the toilet the cashier said it's written, that you can only use one voucher per purchase. I claimed that it's not written outside at the info (see picture) but he insisted that it's written there and ignored to scan the other voucher. In my opinion that's a bad habit of making business and I guess they really can spare the .5€ but in a bigger scale they make a lot of money this way and that is the reason why they ignore their own terms. The toilets were okayish, not the cleanest as there was still lots of urine on the floor but I guess that's what you pay .5€ for. I don't know what is written in Slovakian but neither in English nor in German it's written that you can only use one voucher per purchase. Even the information in English and in German differ. I'd suggest to get a better translator or accept the fact that you have written terms that allow guests to use more than one voucher. Just as a proof that we REALLY have been there I added a photo of the invoice and another voucher.

Me my mam and brother went to the toilet. Got those 50 cent vouchers. So I told my mum she could use that for gas. The cashier told her no only for snacks. I go in to buy chips they told me only for petrol. And on the next petrol station they told me I can only use one voucher for one product. So since this petrol station did me wrong already I asked them there that is written. Like if they have a rule book or if it’s somewhere on they website.. No and apparently there’s no supervisor, manager or boss aswell.. So I pay money to pee get a voucher and in 2 out of 3 cases they will make some rules that u can’t use them..

An awful customer experience. I have stopped here with my car in October 2018. And the service was really pour. The staff in the store were rude with my family. They were shouting and behaving in a really bad way. I would never stop here again.

Tomas, criticism must take into account the thousands of people going thru to the sea and stopping and using those toilets. it is a reflection of their culture. as well.
