We rolled into Kampot just after lunchtime and were quite famished. We headed for the big bridge and then stopped at Pheng Pheng on the river. It was storming hard, but we were dry and had options of air-conditioned room, private room, or outside. We wanted to see the river so we ate just off the beach. We ordered Rock Crab (they lost a star for not having Horse Crab), Sour Fish Soup, Mixed Vegetables, and Shrimp with Glass Noodles. It may have been the messy nouveau riche, their loud obnoxious kids, the bland and under-cooked food, or the filthy restrooms, but something says I'll not be back.

Not too bad for the price. I had the sweet and sour fish. It was tasty however not enough sauce. The mosquitos flying around really bugged me. Attentive staff. The view was good too.
This restaurant is quite good enough for you or your family enjoy the dinner over there and also have outdoor seating with the river view. The food and service also good. Parking is quite big enough. Enjoy the fresh air and the sea food here.
Excellent food over here with many kind of seafood. You also can enjoy sitting outdoor to see the view of river kampot. The parking is big enough but I didn't find any parking for motorbike, it's only about car parking. The taste is good with acceptable price start up from 15,000 riel.
Recommended place for 3 to 4 people upper.

This is my first resto I ever visit in Kampot. I don't know if this resto represent the Kampot cuisine or not, but my first thought is that the taste slightly different from other city in this country.
Same like any other another Khmer restaurants I've visited before, this restaurant also specialized in seafood cuisine. And the place itself located on a riverside, so the seafood is always fresh. Unfortunately, I came here on a rainy night so I can't see the view of the river.
My recommendation menus are the grilled squid and the lemongrass chicken. For other it was just okay, and the seaweed soup is little bit too fishy for me. The portion is for group and family, and expect more than $7 per person.
They accept both KHR and USD for the payment.
