I have always loved the pretzel factory but today was just so amazing, clansi who was the girl who helped me was super informative and so helpful and so unbelievably sweet. So hard to come by these days, it’s almost unreal. I would recommend going to this pretzel factory over any of the others because of customer care alone! Great people that work there went there for some pretzels and I was talking to Jimmy and think he is the owner and gave me a sausage pretzel and some cheese steak pretzels to try they got my business whenever I need pretzels Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Last night I was given the opportunity to try the Spicy Sausage Pretzel. It was awesome! I usually don't do these reviews, but this item needs to be known about. My usual order of 10/$6 has now been expanded.

The pretzels speak for themselves - great Philly soft pretzels as you would expect. It is the customer service that I would like to commend. The owner is welcoming, friendly, and is genuinely appreciative of his customers - and that trickles through all of the employees there. Has the feel of a friendly corner store where the employees are genuinely happy to see you - the kind of place that draws you back even if you aren't in the mood for pretzels! Good people = good business!

Needed a quick ‘snack’ to bring along and who doesn’t love pretzels!! Went through drive-thru which was quick and easy! Inquired about best sauce to get and staff couldn’t be more helpful! Even left with a few minis for myself! 😜 thanks - I’ll be back!

I walked in to get a last minute snack for everyone for the eagles game and I can get pretzels but no cheese or any other dipping anything because of a shortage and it's only for online orders...instead of just selling to anybody that wants it? Weird and annoying. Looked pretty stocked to me by the way...it's the whole reason people love the PPF.
