This is the best Pho in northern Colorado. It is run by a family and they always do an excellent job, I've never had a bad experience with the food. Pho is one of the best things in the world when it's done correctly, and I will go out of my way to come here because their quality is unmatched and I've tried them all. The food is always very good. I love the pho broth. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that not enough people visit. The restaurant is usually less than a quarter full. Pho Lan has the best Vietnamese food in the area. Love the grilled pork in any dish, sweet and tangy. Best fish sauce. Freshest fresh veggies, crispiest egg rolls. The rice paper wraps combine all of the above made fresh at your own table! My favorite! I could eat there every day! The worker could have been more kind but he still got the job done. The food came out quickly and hot and was beyond what we were expecting. I ordered the chicken and shrimp lo mein as well as a spring roll. The spring roll was by far the best I ever had. The lo mein came with huge servings of protein. Stopped here for lunch on our way to Estes Park. We got beef Pho and it was very good, the broth was very tasty. The gentleman working was very nice and helpful. There did not seem to be to many people in the establishment which surprises me because it’s very good and reasonably priced. This is going to be a biased review: (from NYC) Not too many places in Loveland to get Pho, so there ‘s that. I ordered chicken pho and taro boba. I’ve never had boba that’s frozen (a new experience for me; usually it’s just iced tea with tapioca balls in bottom…) For the soup: There was a nice subtle anise flavor in the soup base (how I judge the quality of pho), which I appreciate. I Added all the toppings (jalapeño, cilantro, Thai basil, bean sprouts, sriracha) so it was flavored to my taste… Based on the realty sign out front, and the low number of customers I saw, I’m not sure how the business is faring. Hopefully people continue to support this local business… it would be a shame to loose a decent enough Pho place in Loveland. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This is the best pho I’ve ever tasted in my life so far. The flavor that is in every one of these dishes will make you rethink what you thought authentic Vietnamese cuisine tastes like. We came in today for the first time and instantly fell in love with the place. An older man who I think to be the owner greeted us and took our orders he then sat us, he was very nice and made you feel at home. Our food came out shortly and it was amazing, it was so good I forgot to take a picture of how it looked fresh from the kitchen. If you’re looking for some good Pho this is the place also the prices are great.
