Absolutely rude staff .I'm still astonished by this horrific experience, upon going to a cashier at the kiosk in Pickin Pay shelly beach miss Phindele .M , to draw something as simple as a tymecode withdrawal. She had the audacity of staring at my face whilst clicking her tongue stating "Haibo you cant just give me the code you have to ask me if I have money or not " I'm a calm person so I simply asked her if she can draw it out or not .Still rude she rolled her eyes at me asking another cashier whom was busy with two trollies of groceries . Whom also was arrogant and unbothered to even tell me if she was gonna help me or not .There after I to asked her if she can help me and she rudely replied "when I am done " ignoring my presence .After waiting 15 minutes, I had then walked out with nobody bothered to even try help me after >instead they simply looked . .In my experience of retail and hospitality if I had such staff with this type of attitude I would rather work for myself

Very good service and their stuff is friendly. There's a lady who was at till 5 today ( 13/1/23. 10h15 am) , Nombuso or Busiswa I'm not sure about her name, she's friendly and pays attention to detail. Thank you sis for doing your work with passion and with love. Keep up the good work PnP Shelly❤️.

I am one of those people who buy lunch here on a daily basis. If trained at all, your cashiers are trained to only to be nice and respectful to white customers. I observed the same thing at PnP Oribi Plaza. Prime example of such a cashier at Shelly is Siza, very unwelcoming! She greeted, kept a friendly welcoming face and said thank you to a white couple right in front of me. As soon as I approached she put on a straight face, only looked at my items and started scanning, no questions whatsoever I didn't even take my till slip because I was so uncomfortable. There's a few like her, unfortunately I don't always review or memorise their names.

Definitely not a good place to shop anymore Every single time I shop there, I get over charged for at least 1 item. And when you log calls with thier customer care you get feeble excuses and basically you as the shopper is always wrong even with photo evidence Store hygiene is only a roomer as often than not there is no trolley wipes or sanatizer Really can't recommend this branch at all Don't expose yourself to the torture of supporting pick and pay Shelly Beach at all

The store is clean and tidy , and the staff is friendly and helpful. Food is not that expensive and it is fresh . Loved it 🥰

I deleted pick n pay app cause everytime I ordered online theys ualways overcharged me or sometimes had missing items, the cake flour I ordered last month had worms and I sent an email to complain and nothing was done , I'm soo disappointed with pick n pay , I now only use checkers in Shelly beach.

Only shop here cause on the SC they're the only ones who stock the coffee I drink. Too pricey to do monthly groceries here though. Even their name brand stuff is brand label prices now.

Very well lit. Clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. Was a pleasant shopping experience.
