A solid 4-star experience! Perfectly cooked wings and a tasty pizza with a delightful crust stole the show. However, the brussel sprouts were a miss. We had our early dinner here after skiing at Stowe mountain. What a treat! The calamari was so crispy and the pieces of fried pickled pepper were such incredible surprises. My special pasta had a slight pink sauce with chicken and the artichoke made it so delicious! My daughter had chicken and bacon pizza and it was fresh and amazing. We also ordered cajun chicken sandwich and pasta with vodka sauce and both were delicious! Our server Sarah was helpful, nice and extremely caring. She actually advised us to wait to order dessert after we finish our main course. We still did, and taking home the pizza! Was looking for some place for dinner and came across Piecasso and glad I did. The menu is from small bites to nice dinners, sandwiches to dinner plates. Had some great food, garlic knots, chicken Parm, meatball Parm sandwich and chicken tenders. Everything came out hot and fresh......made to order. This is a place to go for good food if you're in the area. Can't go wrong here. Pizza to dinner plates they have everything, vegans or vegetarians will also have a good selection of food. We liked how spacious it is. Ambiance is bar-ish and artsy kind of resto. We ordered a seasfood pasta of the day(pasta del giorno), piecasso lasagna and a old school supremepizza pie. All were great! No wonder they got so many recognitions on their walls. Bathrooms are a bit filthy, understandable knowing that they have shortstaff but then all tables are open so customer service was not at all that great hence the 4-star, the waiting time to get our check was long and since other servers are locked on their assigned tables so they tried to avoid eye contact with other tables unassigned. Anyways that is just my concern for the price they have set on their menu. If it was cheaper to compensate for the service it would have been a 5 star. Went to lunch on October 14th at noon so they had been about an hour. My wife and I met the hostess who told us it was about a 15 minute wait for a table of two inside. No worries, we gave her our phone number and sat on the bench about ten feet away. We waited for about a half hour where in the interim multiple parties of two came in and were seated. Eventually we went to our hostess to ask what was going on. She said they had been trying to message us about five times and our table was ready. Now, I'll accept partial blame. We're from out of town so our service has been in and out, so we never got those messages. BUT... We were about ten feet next to the hostess, just us, for a half hour. Within visible eye range. No other people were on the bench so there's no way we could have been confused for a different party. At any point in that entire time she could have turned to us and said, "hey guys your table is ready". But that seemed to be too much work. Instead messaging us five times was the solution. So we were a bit flabbergasted. The food was good. The garlic knots and the pizza were really fresh and had good flavors. Credit where credit is due. Back to bad service. Our waiter seemed more interested in pushing us buying another round of garlic knots then he did getting refills for our drinks, only coming back at the end and refilling things. I don't know if we were written off for a wash of a table because we were already a bit frustrated from the hostess experience, but it was pretty disappointing. The cherry on the top of this all was when we did get our refills the waiter asked if we were ready for our bill, which seemed kind of rushed considering we had been there about thirty minutes, but we agreed and he pulled out an electronic bill. He proceeded to stand there. Hold the bill. And make eye contact with me while it asked for gratuity and to sign. Super uncomfortable. I'm all for waiters getting paid liveable wages and for tipping. But providing poor/average service at best, then standing and making eye contact asking for a tip was bizarre. The food was decent, but the service was trash which was such a shame. This is an outstanding pizza place with fantastic portion sizes and excellent food. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts: the buttermilk made them succulent, they were crisp and flavorful, and the aioli they come with is to die for. But the best part is the pizza, which they absolutely nail. The crust is firm enough that you can put a slight crease in your slice and hold it steady without it falling apart, but it's not burnt or too crunchy. The sauce is outstanding - a nice balance of sweet and hearty... Robust is the best word. I had the margarita pizza, and the inclusion of the crushed plum tomatoes was fantastic. It didn't make the pizza soggy, the moisture content was handled perfectly, and the quality of the toppings is second to none. Bravo Piecasso, this may be some of the best pizza I've had anywhere in New England. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We go here every year when we come up for our anniversary. The food is always amazing and the service is great. Shout out to Kelby, the amazing bartender who is always a pleasure. If you are anywhere near Stowe, you have to try it here.
