What an amazing experience! Starting with the atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food, this is the best place to have dinner in the island. The waiter (Edwin) gave us so much attention and he was always there for us to make sure everything was perfect. What an absolutely gorgeous restaurant with an incredible staff and unique dishes (hello cheese ash!) We went as a group of 11 celebrating a birthday and they made each of us feel special. I am not usually a dessert person as I am more into savory and the goat cheese pineapple dessert was just that, delectable and so unique. I will dream about this dish. We were delayed a night due to weather. When we sat down, we said to each other, this unexpected gem was clearly the reason! Tucked away from the center of town and easily missed, we’d each give 6 stars if able. From the aura of the atmosphere, to the exceptional service, and the extraordinary food, our experience as simply sublime! Thank you to Edwin our knowledge and interesting server. The space is stunning but we were initially put off by some of the course descriptions and prices. Decided to move forward with some guidance by Edwin and were blown away by the quality and freshness of the dishes. The burrata was the opener that had us coming back for more and more. Piedra Santa delivered an exemplary experience for all of the senses. The food was garnished with complimenting and visually invigorating flavors. The cocktails were truly craft cocktails with unique presentations and tastes thanks to the amazing Mixologist, Cesar. Our waiter, Edwin, was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with the food options. His explanations behind every bite and every drink made the experience so much more enjoyable. The aesthetic of the place is amazing. This is our second time here and we cannot wait to share this gem with our loved ones. first night at isle holbox and went into the resturant by chance and what an experience got grilled octopus and beef birrea and two dessert octopus was delitious and the arrangement felt like a gourmet meal. the two desserts was so far from what I am used to as a dane but real tasty the waiter (edwin) was fantastisk, presented the dishes amazingly and Even helped me getting the pronontiation right 😁😁😂 an amazing experience Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The most beautiful atmosphere restaurant in Holbox. We had our first dinner of 2024 on January 1st, and absolutely was the right choice. Recommend to show up a bit early so that you can enjoy the cocktails at the bar. They have phenomenal selections. All the food on the menu is scrumptious, flavorful and fresh. We enjoyed every bit of all food we ordered. People are cheerful and friendly. When we visit Holbox again, Piedra Santa will be the number one on our must-revist list. We had an amazing time at Piedrasanta. We had the beef tartar, the mushroom risotto, and the birra beef. Everything was delicious, as were the drinks! Edwin was our waiter, and he was great! He answered all of our questions and gave us great tips about the area and the menu. We would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience at Piedra Santa in Holbox! The ambiance is like stepping into a work of art, and the food is both creative and delicious. Alam, my server, was incredibly kind, spoke great English, and even helped me practice some Spanish. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!
