I've been coming here for close to three years now. They always have such incredible monthly drink flavors that keep me coming back again and again, and they've worked really hard to make their shop a welcoming environment anyone who comes in.
They are always finding new things to decorate their lounging/chatting/study spaces, and it has such a cozy dark academic vibe. My friends and I always come here to do our homework and hang out.
My friends and I keep coming back because of how friendly the owners are. They know us by name, and always make sure that we like our drinks. I have always felt comfortable asking them to remake something if it wasn't quite right, and they have always done their best to make sure that everything tastes right. Smitty and Felicity have always made me feel accepted while I've been in their shop. I'm always comfortable around them and they always ask about how I've been, how classes are going, and what kinds of things are going on on campus. I really enjoy getting to see them and check in when they're working--we've chatted about a Poe inspired Netflix series before!
I love their Lotus energy drinks--they always make such wonderful flavors that I'm excited to try every month. I also really enjoy their coffee--it always tastes good and they make sure that it's ethically sourced and sustainable. They only buy from suppliers that protect native bird habitats. I never knew that coffee farming could hurt bird habitats, and I'm happy that my favorite coffee shop doesn't support that kind of coffee farming.
I'm a student, so I spend a lot of time here doing homework. Whenever I go home for the holidays, Pike House is one of the things I miss the most about Johnson City. I've never found another coffee shop (either local or chain) that does it like they do.

Great coffee and bubble teas and the most personable, friendly staff! They have space in the shop and other spaces in the building dedicated for their customers to have work space or space to relax. There's always a creative drink option and they'll customize to your every need. Don't forget you can get your order curbside!

I've been coming to Pikehouse Coffee Roasters for three years and every single time I go, I am greeted with such a kind and personable experience. This is my favorite study hangout spot and genuinely makes getting my homework done so much easier. The staff brightens my day and always remembers me when I come in and that always makes me feel so welcome. I would always recommend this coffee spot to anyone I know. The Lotus drinks are by far my favorite! :)

Out of all the local coffee shops I’ve been too Pike house is hands down the best, the atmosphere from the moment you walk into the shop is very welcoming. The workers/ owner are some of the most down to earth and friendly people I have ever met who always strive for perfection and making sure their customers needs are met in a timely and meaningful manner! And you can’t forget about their beverages every drink is crafted to perfection from coffee to boba everything has loads of flavor and uniqueness!!! 10/10 I will definitely be going to like house from now on!!!

We go to Pike House almost weekly! It has quickly become one of our favorite spots in town. Great atmosphere for studying or meeting up with a friend for coffee or boba! Me and my husband sat here and planned our wedding and they always make us feel welcomed and valued as customers! It’s very inclusive for all types of people so we feel right at home!

The atmosphere was amazing! Everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make sure my friend and I were comfortable. As we were both there for the first time, we were exposed to all of the available amenities and services that they provided. Absolutely recommend!!
