This Pizza Hut was very good! The building was clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and kind as well. The pizza was warm and fresh! We had the Big New Yorker, it was delicious! The online ordering process was also very easygoing! We would definitely order from here again. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Avoid this place! I ordered two pizzas, when I received it, they had given me the wrong one. When I called them they said they would replace it for free and have it delivered with the next Door Dash driver. When the non English speaking driver arrived, the Pizza Hut ticket said I had to pay $32 something for the FREE pizza. I called Pizza Hut again and the guy said I had to have the Door Dash driver cancel the order so I could get credit for PIZZA HUTS mistake. I now have no pizza and have to find something else for dinner and hope they actually follow through and give me my credit. The poor Door Dash driver tried his best but didn't know what to do. Hope he enjoys my pizza I now don't have. Service Delivery Service: 1

I ordered a medium pizza at 6, it didn’t come until 10:05 despite calling twice and being charged for it including a tip. Never again. $25. for cold rubber.

They suck, they forgot 2 items and then the pizza was the wrong type. Accidents happen, but I've called in 6 times now, and all they do is transfer me to talk to someone, I listen to ads for 5 minutes, and then the call disconnects. Terrible company a bunch of thieves. They stole $30.30 and wouldn't refund any of it. They wouldn't even give me the food I ordered either. Saying we only have 2 people here after waiting 20 mins for nothing. And then stealing my money. This is a bad experience and please don't buy from here they steal your money and I will never eat at pizza hut again. And you may say oh I'm just saying that I used to eat at IHOP and I have not been there for over 20 years Service: 1

Since when does door dash deliver for Pizza Hut? That's awful because if a driver steals your pizza they won't make you a new one or anything is like oops sorry wish I could help you. After waiting an hour for my pizza I got assigned a new driver who called to tell me that my pizza wasn't there and to hope the first driver drops it off, and since the pizza wasn't ordered through doordash im just out $30. Order was supposed to be delivered at 6:02, it's now 6:41 and no sign of the Pizza. After reading some reviews on this location, I had no idea the process was so complicated for Pizza Hut. I thought you placed an order online, the order entered the store, the employees made the pizza, and then they either delivered it or you picked it up. Apparently the mathematics of this exchange is too difficult to calculate for this location. I feel terrible for putting them through the mental stress of such an ordeal. We typically order from Dominos and now I remember why. This time I felt like I wanted something a bit different, and I got it. Because with Dominos, they deliver the pizza, and Pizza Hut doesn't. I’m so fed up with this location. They never get the order right, they’re out of product, and they are never open. This is the only location that delivers to our address and yet they are NEVER open during normal hours for ALL other pizza delivery locations and businesses. How do they stay in business with bad customer service, horrible product or major lack of product and never being conveniently opened. This location alone has pushed me to hate Pizza Hut. If you’re not running your business then don’t have a business. Let someone who will provide the public with the quality and product they deserve and are willing to pay for take over.

Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks. Was told 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours I called back (9:30pm) and was told they were closed (they close at 11pm). I asked if my pizza was still coming. Employee said her last delivery driver for the night could bring it by. After another 30 minutes (2 hour total wait time for medium pizza). The pizza showed up. Bad service. Pizza was cold. What a shame.
