We ordered a pizza on 10/31 and was told pizza will be delivered within the hour. Pizza didn’t show up for over 3 hrs later. We tried to call the store and they had disconnected their phone so there was no way to get ahold of them. We have reached out to corporate several times with promises that have not been kept and they now won’t get back to us. I don’t know how this place stays in by with not caring about the customers. It’s always dark, dingy, and dirty inside and outside. They never clean the place. This is the last time we will ever order from here. We went to pick up the order and no one was there- Its so dirty we almost just left the order and called it a loss-finally after about 5-10 minutes someone came out and gave us our order. It’s not a place where food should be cooked. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Delivery never showed up they kept my tip and never delivered my pizza and did not return my money we waited over hour and 45 mins for food.

After ordering my pizza , the online ordering message told me it would arrive to my door in 30 minutes. After 50 minutes and no pizza I called the store to see where my pizzas were and they told me there was a delay and it would be would be a little bit before my pizza would be delivered. I told them I would pick it up Instead because I had people waiting and I didn't want anymore delays. I told them I wanted new pizzas because I felt my order was sitting too long. They recooked my order and the manager gave me a discount for the trouble. Things happen for whatever reason and although I did not have the best experience, the manager made things right. I would definitely come back again simply because the manager took action and made things right.

So apparently when a customer calls about an order that is over an hour late they informed me that the door Dasher stole my order and then proceeded to have a male get on the phone to cop an attitude talk trash and now he called me back threatening that the next number I'm called from will be his and I will be dealing with him on his off time now. I have never been so disappointed with an establishment, ordered online and within seconds received a text that the pizza was on the way, I new it must have been a mistake so patiently waited for my order. It was supposed to be delivered within 25-35 mins ordered at 5:30pm, it was now 7:30pm and still no pizza. We tipped the 18% recommended in the app to ensured they knew they were getting tipped. I called the establishment at 7:30pm and and was told the pizza was left at my porch as I asked for “no contactless” and they ring the bell. There was no bell rang and in the app it was still saying it was on the way hence we didn't think it was delivered. The pizza was on the porch and no breadsticks on sight. When I call again the girl suggested a credit and I suggested a refund of the non delivered item. The girl yelled at someone and put me on hold, when she came back to the phone and noticed I was still there she asked what should she do. I heard a male voice telling her to hang up on me. Up until that point I was respectful and calm, stuff happens, but my husband will no take disrespect to me kindly from no one, he called back and asked the girl why they hanged up on me, obviously they lied, but then they told my husband that only the GM can do refunds. To what my husband just return the request for me to hang up on them as they did to me. All I have to say is that I hope they enjoy the food they get from steeling hard earn money from their customers and I hope each and everyone one of them have the day they deserved. You have my number, I’ll be waiting for an apology and my refund.
I ordered $61 worth of food, it showed food was on its way, I live 5 minutes away after 45 minutes it still wasn't here I called the store they said it's on its way I said ,I see that but it's been 45 minutes, next thing you know we got disconnected and she was gone. After 55 minutes the food showed up and this is only from the time it said it left the building. The driver apologized and said he had nine other deliveries and he was the only one working tonight. In my books this is unacceptable. Sorry Pizza Hut you lost my business

it took 2 hours for my food to arrive after being told it would take 45 minutes. after being sent a text my order was out for delivery it hadn't shown up after 30 minutes. I called to find out where it was and they said it wasn't out for delivery yet despite being told it was. they said those texts don't mean anything, but they would send it out right away. after waiting another 20 minutes and still no food I called and said I no longer wanted my food and I wanted my order canceled and the charge taken off my card. they told me it was already out for delivery. I told them it didn't matter and I didn't want my order. 30 minutes later the food showed up. I told the driver to take it back I had already canceled my order. a few days later I see the charge on my card statement. after talking to the general manager named Marcus, he said he would take care of it. 3 days later, it hasn't been taken care of. this is the worst chain location I've ever experienced.
This is the worse location, it’s my neighborhood store so I order here for convenience. Every time I order at this store there is some part of my order that they screw up. I ordered food yesterday, the employees failed to read the instructions for curbside pick up, but whatever that wasn’t a big deal at first. Then they forgot a part of my order the wings. No one even bothered to call me and tell me about it so I had to drive all the way back to the store. By the time I got home my whole order was cold due to the fact I had to wait once I got back to the store because “they had to drop fresh wing’s because they were cold”. Next unfortunately, I ordered extra cheese on all of my pizzas; neither pizza had extra cheese, One pizza was drenched in sauce I mean so much that it was leaking through the box! It’s very unfortunate the employees care so little not only about the customer but their job. No one offered a discount, any extra food for inconvenience or not even coupons! Very disappointed and unsatisfied what waste of money.
