I ordered my favorite pasta “Meaty Marinara” and noticed that flavor, meat and sauce consistency were all different. I hope food chain not cutting spendings by taking away quality. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I try to order online from 8pm then I call to make the order by phone they never answered or put you on hold after the first ring then I get there at 8:40 to order in the counter they was working the last orders they decide to take and ignoring me at the door so I left a review so the company know how the employees run the place they close at the time they wanted and do whatever they want I hope they have better training for there employees

We arrived at 4:50 pm. A young lady told us to sit down on the far side of the wall. Never saw or heard from anyone again. We were the only three customers there. We left at 5:07 pm. Still no one appeared. We went elsewhere to eat.

20 minutes waiting, while the ladies from PH laughed and chattered, we left and ate elsewhere. Just close the dine-in and have it just delivery.

They have really nice staff and good service. Love the pastas and the lunch buffets. You can also order online and pay for it, and just pick it up later. It's great.
