From the guests' point of view, pizza is nicely cooked here. Food delivery is a big benefit of this pizzeria. Pizza Hut is recommended for cute employees. A lot of guests say that the service is spectacular. But google users rated this place and it didn't achieve a high rating.

They made a mistake with my pizzas but went above and beyond to fix it by far the best customer service I have seen in years thank you guys!!! Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Hawaiian Chicken Pizza

My food was great! It was hot and made just as I requested. If the customer service person had been friendly it would have been an excellent experience. I felt like an inconvenience even though were the only two people in the restaurant.

The food was great but the service on the other hand was horrible horrible! The cashier was extremely rude and all but shoved my food in my hand. I didn't have a complicated order or a large one but for some reason he was very rude

Last I heard they are not open because company will not fix air conditioner. Not to mention my orders are never correct.

They were very polite and our order was ready promptly. They answered all of my questions with no issues. Overall we had a great experience with Pizza Hut in Baxley, Georgia.

There is no access except through the drive by window, so you can't park in their parking lot and go in to get your order. Access to the single window was terrible. Their dumpster blocked most of the entry. If there were more than two cars picking up they ended up in the side and back streets. There are multiple specials on the on line app. As we had never ordered using that app, we didn't know about the specials. The employees didn't mention anything about any specials or cost saving deals, so we ended up paying quite a bit more for our food. I doubt I'll go back to this store, and would advise others to avoid them.

Please read! Never had an issue with this pizza hut until last night unfortunately. Also went to look up tellpizzahut.com but the receipt did not have the code on it for me to use the website for a review. Our two pizzas where suppose have garlic buttery crust and parmesan crust. Unfortunately we got NEITHER. Also, the pizza had no brown to it at all, not crisp-ness. Seemed like it was pulled out of the oven to soon. Silly mistakes. I love this place in baxley but even after ringing up all the right things on the reciept the pizza was not cooked to order.

The two employees who were in the store were both professional and both greeted me. They were prompt to verify my online order, then double checked to make sure I had everything I ordered. Amazing service!

I placed my order at around 6:35pm and it said it would arrive by 7:05pm. We ended up getting our order at 7:30pm so it was not hot and fresh and our order was wrong one pizza was missing topping and we ordered a dr pepper and received pepsi instead.
