I ordered a personal pan pizza for carry out. I didn't think the box was very warm when he handed it to me. When I got home and opened the box I was very disappointed. The cheese wasn't even melted and the crust was doughy inside. I should call for a refund. Pizza Hut in Deforest. Everytime we order from DeForest pizza hut the workers are professional & polite. It's clear this business cares about their customers & stresses that to their employees. The food is always as expected & made the way ordered.

On Sunday night, we ordered a pizza as we were driving in from Nashville, TN. Stopped, pocked it up and went to our place where we were staying in Dane. Opened the box and the Hawaiian Pizza I had been looking forward to was nowhere to be seen. Called the MGR. he made it right. Gave me a $40.00 credit which we used Monday night. I understand things happen but I really dislike pepperoni. We were all happy and satisfied with our meal the next night.

We ordered pizza from this location while staying at a hotel by the interstate. The delivery was very quick and the food was piping hot. The delivery guy brought it straight to our hotel room and was extremely friendly and well mannered. We ordered a supreme and it was delicious. For a chain pizza restaurant this location has its ducks in a row-good job! We would definitely order a pizza pie from here again.

I pre-ordered online a couple hours ahead and still had to wait. Not long but kind of defeated the purpose. The hand tossed pizza ended up being cheese stuffed which is not what I ordered and the pepperoni stuffed cheese crust was a hair from being burned. The other two pizzas were fine.

Absolutely amazing! Order to have it delivered two days in a row and have not been disappointed the pastas are absolutely incredible the stuffed bread is soft and the taste is like no other and the bread sticks are also very good. Definitely 5 star.
