Ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas for carry out. They were paper thin and under cooked. We usually order the same thing from the Oregon location and have never gotten served something this low quality. Actually this is the lowest quality food I’ve ever had from any Pizza Hut, including airports. Usually they’re consistent across locations! But not this one. We won’t be returning, and advise other folks to avoid. Edit: I was contacted by the regional office and was given a coupon for 1 large pizza. I appreciate the good customer service!

I absolutely will not be coming back! You changed the crust. I feel i am eating cardboard. On a stuffed crust pizza. With barely any cheese. I will have to order 3 times the cheese to get a normal amount!!! Plus my cinnamon rolls were doughy

Only Hut I’ve ever had an issue with. Did not receive my full order, was charged for the full order despite the lady on the phone telling me I wasn’t, no effort whatsoever to correct the issue (not only was there no effort, her only response was to repeatedly say “that’s so weird!” What’s weird is how you have a job in customer service), contacted corporate to file a complaint as I was overcharged considering I didn’t get my full order, and still never heard back. Just embarrassing

Like any delivery or take out place, there are times when there is less hot, or lesser perfection , but Stoughton Pizza Hut has won me back after a long hiatus against their delivery quality. My orders have been spot on and delicious 99 percent of the time. The one time that it wasn't, they asked, I told, and was sent a coupon for a free pizza. I feel that they care and they seem to be getting better and better with fresh hot food and treats. I salute!!

Yall need to take the word "pizza" off yoir sign. Do you know what pizza is? It's not the wilt bread you make. There is no form of the word pizza that you fit. But, you can't even make the breadsauce disc you claim to make. If I have to rebook the disc because it's floppy, it's not pizza. Has a pizza hut exec ever even been to Italy? But alas, this is stoughton, home kf the coffee breakers 🤣 the irony of the town with the worst universal work ethic I've ever seen being the creator kf coffee break fits. Not one good restaurant in this town. From fast food chains to the mom n pops. Not one meal in this town is worth the price listed.
