This store honestly should just shut down. I’ve had numerous issues with this location over the years and have never complained, but I’ve decided to write my first ever review because of how ridiculous my experience last night was. I got home late from work last night and decided to just order, some pizza for myself, my fiancé, and my stepdaughter. I put in my order around 9 PM; the store closes at 11. I knew it would take around an hour for them to deliver it so I hopped in the shower and did a couple things while I waited. The order tracker that they have on their website showed that the pizza was being made and would be delivered by 10:43 at the latest. 10:56 came around and still no pizza, the tracker remained the same throughout this. After realizing that they were closing in 4 minutes I checked my bank and they had not taken the money out for my order although the site is showing differently. I called the store and got an automated system that prompted me to an order status checker that stated “we cannot locate an order connected to this phone number”. I got no email, text, phone call, etc. to inform me that I would not be getting my order after waiting 2 hours with a hungry child. I also redeemed some of my hut reward points for a free item that they deducted and have not put back (any time I try to use them they never work anyways). As of right now, 3 PM the next day, I just went back to my confirmation email and clicked on the order tracker that says my pizza is STILL BEING MADE. This isn’t the first time either. Between leaving out items, making the entire order incorrect, or just never getting my order I think I’ve finally had it. I understand things happen and would not have written this or been upset had they had the common courtesy to communicate that I was not going to get my order instead of having me wait hours.

Ordered take out pizza today from Pizza Hut. Service was good. The guy that took our order explained everything clearly and helped me order what I wanted for the cheapest prices. The place was clean and the food was delicious. We had pizza, bread sticks, chicken wings, and cinnamon sticks. We really enjoyed our dinner.

We have held off ordering her for a year because the last time was bad we try once a year and every time it just gets worse. Today 3/5/24 Their pan pizza was flat something was wrong it tasted sour on both our large and medium it was flat and had no air and doughy. Didn’t look like pan pizza at all it looked like hand tossed I used to work at Pizza Hut 15 years ago so I know the line. Spent a fortune to get sub mediocre Pizza Hut. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They keep messing up our order. Last time, they could not get the toppings correct. This time, we ordered a Big New Yorker that is suppose to be 2x pepperoni (cupped and regular). There was not even enough for a regular 1 topping. (Photo included) and it was not even cut all the way through. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for a manager. We came to this pizza hut because the one in Holly Spings is being renovated at the moment. We were very dissatisfied, with everything. The pizza was cold and the wings had NO sauce on them, and the cinnamon mimi rolls were dry like they had been sitting. Nothing seemed fresh, and it took someone about 10 minutes just to come to the front and get our food. So it was probably getting cold. Overall it wasn't a good experience and Nothing like the pizza hut in Holly Springs. We probably won't eat pizza hut again until they open back up. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Excellent "custom" pizza with garlic cream sauce! Did a great job on both pizzas that we ordered as well as the cheese breadsticks! Because some nights, you just don't want to cook!

Ordered my food over the phone and arrived at the location at 920pm. The boy at the register said we aren't making food because we are closing soon, 10 pm..... enough said. This place needs a reset button, new staff , new managers and new attitudes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a double order of breadsticks to enjoy as I waited in the parking lot for my wife to finish shopping. Ordered online, picked up at the time it gave me. That went smooth, got the order opened the box to see barely half full sauces. Ended up only having enough sauce for half the order, image that, and I went easy on the dipping to stretch it that far. Total let down.
