No other customer in the venue, hence the staffs’ laughters sound more loud and just gives a very unprofessional vibe. I said thanks everytime food and drinks were sent to my table but apparently your customer doesn’t even deserve a grunt as a reply. And the spaghetti carbonara is just sad. Not worth it at all. Tasted plain like water with pretty much nothing in it. The picture attached is self explanatory Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered our food using the QRcode at the table. We thought we had already paid at the table because the site says we could pay online via the QR code. We went out of the restaurant thinking we already paid. Then, the cashier called me saying I haven't paid. It turned out that we had to pay at the COUNTER, not the QR Code. Please FIX your confusing system. Your QRcode website shouldn't give the option to pay there in the first place if you want us to pay at the counter. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Please improve on takeaway order. My second time here during ramadhan is worst than the first. I only ordered those little cheese bites, why does it take over an hour to make?? If you think you have a high number of reservations to handle, don't open for takeaway anymore. It's really that easy. Or maybe don't promise 20 minutes when you know it's actually 2 hours. Slow service, would not recommend during peak hours.

2 times going here. Both time sucks. 1st cannot order because system problem with that particular menu. Second dine in with family and they forget to cook the pizza!! After 1 hour waiting and follow up only they realise. Bottom line is, this place sucks all around.

The place was quite warn as the air con was not working as required to my standards. The ordered food was a bit salty. Took a long time for the waiter to make an order. The food was also late. May be the crowd as this was the second day of Raya.

Service sucks! they were changing something on the ceiling during our meal and cashier was a mess! They did not finish our take out order even after we finished our 2 course meal! Really dissapointed...first and last time.

The food was fine but my friend's order came out very late. They missed out my friend's order. Hope they'll be more careful next time.

The atmosphere is great, just the AC needs some work but otherwise you'd have a good time there
