My sister ordered a Curbside order at the Surprise, AZ location and the associates never came out. Nor could she get ahold of them via phone. She tried to call 5 times before calling Corporate and asking to cancel the order. She couldn't go inside due to being in PJ's, so Curbside was supposed to be a convenient option. The Pizza Hut itself is very nice. The people inside the store are very nice. I did get the wrong PIZZA. I did call the call center just to let them know I got the wrong PIZZA. I ended up calling five times each time the person that answered the phone was rude, they told me to go back to the store to trade the pizza for the right one, the Pizza Hut was brand new, so their phones were not hooked up yet and they kept switching me to that store. Even after I told them, the phone was not hooked up yet I asked for a manager and they told me they don’t have any managers at the call center. I did go the next day by the Pizza Hut store and the girl was very very nice. I visited based on the review here that said the quality and service was exceptional (or something more specific than that). Camille (?) assisted me, and the service and quality of food met my expectations! Ordered a stuffed crust and PZONE— It was the best PZONE I had ever seen! I’ve since returned and appearance was not as great (you’ll be able to tell by the photos which is from the initial visit vs follow-ups). It’s hit or miss, but they get a 5 for Camille and 4 because later visits the service was sluggish and the product didn’t looked so great (and I tipped for carry out).

Had a pretty big order of wings placed yesterday around 7:30 pm. Requested to be well done, stressed enough again and again to be well done especially knowing the process since i worked there almost 15 years ago and this is exactly what I get when you get a bunch of high school kids working there that don't care. Wings were not well done at all, still full of skin fat. I'm not calling in to get my money back to look like a scamer, but goodbye will avoid this place and go to Wingstop from now on!!! 😒

I was very impressed with the attention they take in the quality of their pizzas..Every delivery I ever had the customer service was outstanding..My kids love the pizza and I love the fact they still take care in the quality even when its just 2 medium 1 topping pizzas. And at this price, only Ebenezer Scrooge could complain. Good Job Guys!

I've never spoke to people that are this incompetent. I am at a job site 3.2 miles away and ordering pizza was like pulling teeth. The intelligence is just gone. First they couldn't find my address on Google maps. Then they said 3.2 miles away from their store was outside their delivery area. I knew to call papa johns Service: 1

I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and what did I get a large stuffed crust cheese pizza with the pepperoni throwing on top come on guys get the s*** right you really think you deserve $10 an hour I sure don't!!!!! . . 9/7/17 estimated arrival time 5:05 pm . . . . Okay time for an update they sent me out a new pizza that looks like they dropped it in the Box (the picture of the pizza that's all crumpled up) I think after this experience I'll just stay with Papa John's they're able to get stuff right!!! 8/7/17 Estimated time arrival 5:45 #PapaJohn's

Worst pizza delivery ever!! First pizza green peppers are burnt so they look black. Both pizza slid to the point half the pizza is gone. Called store with my concern was told they will be replaced, however have to wait another 40 minutes. Spoke with the manager Nathan he did not offer discount or even an apology, worst customer service ever!! I was told they want the original delivery back. So now I am having to keep my 4 year old away from the pizza I could try to salvage till the new one arrives.
