we ordered pizza from there last night. Everything was good and delicious. My bill was $62.92. We didn’t tip because we did carry out, if we wanted to tip We would’ve had them deliver well when I looked at my bank statement it said my bill was $67, when I called and disputed it, they said it probably was on accident and we probably accidentally tipped five dollars looking at a different receipt but my husband took the receipt because he felt embarrassed not tipping which I don’t know why because that’s why we chose To do carry out…. at the end of the day the guy said, sorry I’m the one who added the tips last night. I will go ahead and put credit to your account but I was not happy with the credit because you guys shouldn’t of tipped yourself in the first place, so no, I do not want credit so he said if I drove over there, he would give me my five dollars anyways bad experience, good food but people who worked there are scam artist.… unfortunately, even though the food was good, I don’t feel safe ordering with the card there ever again Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pizza was amazing! Has the supreme large with 2 drinks. Wanted to take a picture but was so hungry that I ended up eating the pizza as soon as I walked out that door. Packed full of flavor and very well packed on ingredients leaving no slice with just the taste of tomato sauce and bread. There was so much to try but ultimately my heart was set on the supreme and it definitely did not disappoint! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Stopping through Spokane, we order Pizza Rita. Highly recommended!! Speed of delivery was great, pizza was still hot when it got to us. The taste was delicious. EDIT: The owner of Pizza Rita followed up with me and we had a phone conversation about my experience. He was very nice and sent me “Pizza Rita Bucks.” We ordered again the following weekend and had a great experience. We will order from Pizza Rita in the future. ——— Recently, we received a supermarket receipt that had a Pizza Rita coupon printed on the back for a BOGO pizza of any size. We put it on our refrigerator and on Friday, Oct. 22, 2021, we decided to use it and ordered pizza from the Pines Pizza Rita location. We went online to browse the menu. According to the menu, a large pizza was $11.99 with an extra $2 for each additional topping. I called to place our order…a 2-topping large and a plain cheese large. I told the employee about my coupon and anticipated to hear a total of something around $14-$15 (we ordered it for carryout). Thus, I was surprised when the employee told me the total was over $25. I confirmed that she had applied the coupon to the order and she said “yes” but that the online menu wasn’t the “real” menu if I was using a coupon. Instead, a separate menu of inflated prices applied to our order. Puzzled, I asked if there was really any value to the coupon in the first place (if I was granted the online menu prices for both pizzas without using the coupon it would have been the same price). She replied that there really wasn’t. It felt like a bait-and-switch. I ended up ordering a 1-topping large and the cheese large which came to approximately $23 (the coupon was applied). When I arrived the staff was nice and professional. I didn’t bring up the bogus online prices and just paid. We received two sodas with our order which was nice. The pizza itself was decent. It tasted a little bit to me like Pizza Hut pizza which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Ironically, attached to one of our pizza boxes was a paper-version of Pizza Rita’s menu. All the prices were the exact same as what was listed online. I am not ruling out that we won’t ever order from Pizza Rita again but chances are we won’t. The coupon mess left a bad taste in my mouth. I think accurate prices should be posted online and on paper menus. But to end on a good note the pizza wasn’t bad and the staff members were very helpful and kind.
