Danielle the owner and her staff are wonderful!! They will customize any caloric concerns I have. And the food is delicious! Depending on what my week looks like - I usually order a dinner and lunch for the week. They do delivery too! Or when I’m in a hurry I stop by to pick up entrees, but supply is limited. Overall it’s a great way got me to stay in shape.

Plate Therapy is such a life saver. I've been ordering from Plate Therapy for the last two years; once I relocated to LA from Irvine. The service and delivery are excellent. Unfortunately, I travel a lot, so I'm not able to consistently order weekly. The delivery is always smooth sailing. The delivery person is very professional. There's never any attitude or request for me to walk down the block to retrieve my food, unlike some delivery services like Doordash. The food is really good, especially the breakfast hash and chicken chorizo tacos.

It was pretty good but I felt like it was overpriced for such a small plate. I got the Korean beef $13 was way over priced I normally pay $9 for this plate elsewhere. It was yummy so i gave a 3 star.

This review is LONG overdue! My wife and I have been enjoying Plate Therapy for over a year now; religiously eating these for dinner every night. We both lead hectic work schedules, and before Plate Therapy we found ourselves eating too much microwave and fast food dinners; or eating too late in the evening when trying to prepare a healthy meal. I exercise daily, but before Plate Therapy I was having a hard time keeping my weight down. Not only does Plate Therapy offer delicious meals, but because they are so healthy, I have lost 12 pounds, while gaining lean muscle. Danielle and her team at Plate Therapy are always professional and pleasant to talk to. Thanks again for the amazing food you prepare! Howard Pointer
