I finally met him. THE POLISH PRINCE 🤴 🇲🇨 🪽 I forgot his name already but I found the man to be a spark of the divine and his PEROGGIS tell us the whole story. He has it down perfectly. The dough is a slice of heaven and get this ....he sells OPLATEK!!!!!! Omg so awesome ....my father's siblings would mail him Oplatek every Christmas 🎄 This shop is warm, comforting, inviting and very POLISH! My first generation Father and Grandmother would approve! Absolutely delicious fillings and super tender dough. I'm super impressed with how perfect the dough is - so much better than what you get in the store. I thawed a packet in warm water and sautéed them as directed - I'll never buy from the grocery again! Oh! And the farmers cheese... did I mention the farmers cheese?!? Service Take out

Bought pierogi at Copley Farmers Market today. Extraordinary find! These are superb, authentic pierogi that are orders of magnitude better than the mass produced, thick-dough version available in Polish delis or even by some Polish-American cooks. Nearly as good as my mother's or mine (back in the day 😄). Absolutely a great traditional meal! And the delicious shallot garnish saved lots of extra prep time.

Walked in randomly one day, the owner greeted me and asked me if I knew about pierogi. When I said I've only heard of it, he explained to me what it was and the process of making it. He was obviously very passionate about his craft, which is a good thing. I ended up getting the original and the sauerkraut, both of which were very good. Will definitely be coming back! Service Take out Price per person $10–20

All I can say is WOW!!! I have to say that I was a little skeptical that a store that only sold pierogis would succeed in Billerica. I remember eating homemade pierogis as a kid and haven't had ANYTHING like these in over 50 years. Not only are these out of this world, they are better than anything I remember. I also never thought I'd try anything other than the traditional potatoe and cheese but I'm so glad I did. Every single style is a home run! Looking forward to eating them for many years to come and WELCOME TO BILLERICA!

PIEROGI'S are Spectacular! Coming from a Polish family growing up eating this type of food it is super refreshing to find a place that does it right! Owner took the time out of his day to speak to me about the business and that is always appreciated. Will definitely be back next time I am in Billerica!

Owner is super friendly and down to earth. You can tell this is his passion. The pierogis are absolutely amazing. From the traditional, to new school takes, everything is good. Highly recommend!!
