Ambience and drinks were good. This bar is adorable, and had a fun pop playlist going. Service was very curt. As soon as we ordered a bottle, the server immediately left, then returned and drinks were dropped off in a rush, the server was gone before we could ask for anything additional, and she never returned to our table. Planned on ordering food but didn’t get the chance. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Pop is basically my living room. All of the people who work there are so wonderful. Hands down my favorite spot to have a glass of bubbles. You will not be disappointed. Love you Carolyn! Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I can say this is the best champagne bar in the greater Seattle area! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about champagne and sparkling wine, while also making the store feel like Barbie meets Cheers, it’s a place where everyone knows your name but with trendy poppy pink everywhere!
