Great find! Their pansit is so delicious. Clea and I enjoyed our Friday night here. Luckily, Tanikala Tribe was performing when we got there. The place is perfect for drinks. A very good hangout place. Cool!

Incredible how things can go.....we were on our way to Legazpi through the Tiwi road from Goa and met these two people at the Partido Rivera and Tony and Irma invited us for the birthday party at Popas Hangout this coming Saturday July 8.
We went there a bit late but what a surprise to see the place... it's incredible how they have built up the place...
