I NEVER get what I ask for. This visit I checked my bag before I left the parking lot and ONLY ONE of the five orders that I asked for was correct .Two of the orders were supposed to be chicken strips meals and I got wings instead. One of the orders was for spicy strips only but got a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I asked for the four meals with NO drinks and was charged for meals with drinks When I WENT BACK AGAIN....HAVING TO WAIT IN LINE AGAIN.,.the young man that took my order said that that was what I wanted....AFTER having repeated my order to him SEVERAL times. I like the food but am always disappointed in the service. I usually take my order home in blind faith that I'm getting what I asked for but since I was buying for five people this time I'm glad I checked before I drove all the way home. My order is almost always wrong. Since prices have taken such an increase these days I expect more. Popeyes really needs to improve customer service OVERALL!! One more thing....I use the drive thru because of mobility limitations (both walking and the ability to carry things) and I was asked to come into the store to make the corrections, which I was physically unable to do. Employees are rude, 1 day you can get white meat on the specials they have, the next day you can't. They changed the price on the Tuesday special....Was over charged this day and couldn't get a refund til the next day😡 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food and service is good, but their management policies are straight-up dumb. Last time I visited, which was 1 week ago, they added the policy that now you gotta pay for each sauce. Their chicken doesn't come with any sauces, and their tenders come with one. Each sauce after that is 50 cents, which is ridiculous. Won't be going to this location anymore. Went to this location yesterday. Purchased a 3pc tender meal, a classic chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich, and medium coke. The sandwiches were disgusting. There were clumbs ontop of clumps of batter, which wasnt even crunchy. It was soggy and there wasn't an actual chicken breast in either sandwich. There were random shreds of chicken in the clumps of batter. If im going to spend that kind of money on fast food, I expect it to be edible. Get your stuff together Popeyes!! Online says they close at 11pm, on their website it says they close at 11pm, even the paper taped to their door says they closed at 11pm, but when I showed up at 9:30pm their door was locked. I have no problem with fast food places closing early, but at least reflect that online so you don’t waste people’s time when they order online, pay, and then have to request a refund because you actually closed almost 2 hours earlier. The guy at the window in the drive-thru clearly did not understand English. I gave exact coin value and somehow it got coins back and did not get all of my change that I was due but I was only a few cents off so I let it go. I then had to ask for butter several times and somebody else had to figure out that what he was giving me was not butter. But the food tasted great! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

When ordering at the Crain location, I have found a long string of black hair in my food. I took it back to the counter, where I was given a replacement. My concern is this shouldn't have happened twice. This indicates that not washing hands and using hair nets isn't a priority. Also feel that it is a health hazard. It changed my choice of eating at Popeyes.

Chicken was good and made fresh. It took.a little bit longer than most locations, but it was hot, fresh and good. The service was ok, but it took them.a bit to acknowledge me. Might be because they were busy making fresh chicken for me. There were many great affordable options so I ordered more then I could eat but the leftovers were yummy as well. Love that chicken from popeyes!

Let me first say how VERY DISAPPOINTING I was with my visit to my FAVORITE food place!! I always go through the drive through on TUESDAY special day. I always order other things in addition to the special. This time my chkn strips were short so I went in and the manager asked as if she did not believe me. So she called the young man who filled the orders and and said that he had put 12 in the box. I literally had to open the box and count them. They looked at each other and then she decided to make me whole. This is a new team of ppl there. Usually it is the team of Hispanic women who's customer service is the bomb, they are fast and always accurate.. We need them back. I now do not even want to go there any longer..
