I had a horrible experience at this location today. Had to wait a total 60 minutes for a 10 piece Meal. Had to wait 15 minutes in line just to order the food, and then another 15 minutes to get to the pick up window, and when I got to the pick up window Mateo told me I needed to wait 9 minutes because they were frying more chicken. Those 9 minutes turned out to be 30 minutes, called the store twice and the person who answered told me the chicken would be ready in 2 minutes, waited another 10 minutes and no one brought out my order. Had to drive around, park and come inside of the restaurant to ask for my order. Mateo was very rude and told me if I wanted raw chicken… what kind of rude answer is that. When I asked for a manager, Mateo told me he was the manager and that if I wanted I could contact corporate and give them his name. Horrible experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
