Not only was I ignored at the order box for 3-5 minutes But when I got to the window, the guy barely paid attention to me.. Then I got home just to find out. This is what I received. The only tenders I received were thin and dry. Otherwise I apparently got nuggets. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

$60 dollar order for family. Food not fresh, order was not ready. Would rather much wait 12 minutes for fresh food than 4 minutes for cold food. Wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Very poor service. There were 4 people, very few customers including those driving thru, yet took the order after 10 min and then walked away. When I confronted them after 10 min, then the grudgingly bring the food. No apology, no regret, nothing. They even did not offer the sauce until I asked them. I am fan Popeyes, but this particular store is pathetic service wise. If you are in rush and looking for some quick grab, better ignore this place. The food and service are terrible. I ordered food at the drive thru. I had to order three times, I figured the speaker was terrible and could forgive that. When I pulled around to the window the staff was talking to the car at the window in front of me. They talked for five minutes. Food was never handed to the car during that time. They eventually pulled off and I got to the window. It turned out to be the manager. He asked what my order was again. I repeated it two more times there at the window. He forgot what drinks I ordered then. I finally got home with food for my family and it was wrong and on top of that terrible. The food was dry and inedible. Popeyes customer service was no help. The cashier started taking my order, without a word turned and walked away. Second time he did the same thing. Third time, I asked If we'd get through the order before he walked away. His response was I'm here alone (so who was the employee he left the counter to talk with), then do YOU want to come back here and do the job. At which point I walked out. Should explain service to these guys. I can get mediocre food and rude service anywhere. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered my food on DoorDash and instead of iced tea like I ordered. I received lemonade and then the pieces of the chicken looked like they came from a pigeon which were also completely over cooked and dried out. My biscuit was the same size as my chicken thigh. My order was supposed to come with a breast, a thigh, and a wing, and I only got a wing a leg and what I’m guessing was supposed to be a thigh but again it was incredibly small. Worst Popeyes ever. Meals are only correct about 50% of the time. They don’t even maintain their posted hours! Went 8/23 at 5:45. Dining area closed. Sign on the speaker, handwritten said “Closed until 5”. Employee says over the speaker they will be opening at 6. Went again today - sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I got to the speaker and was notified thru an employee on the speaker that the location is only taking mobile orders. Used to go to this Popeyes at least once a week. And these last two visits have made the experience horrendous. I refused to order today and will not be returning. I hope more people agree. This location needs a full overhaul of its staff. Know that you, as a specific location, have lost a lot of customers due to your inconsistency and horrible customer service. Very disappointed as this location has drastically downgraded.

I ordered a mac & cheese & this is what i got. the texture was so bad. It only took 1 bite for me to notice it. Worst popeyes ever, it should be renewed or just shut down completely along with the employees. I had also ordered a sprite & I took a sip of the sprite it tasted like straight up water. Hope they focus more on food and customer experience than speaking in a foreign language. I speak "English" and what is wrong with the man who gives out the order? He assumes my race and ethnicity and starts speaking a foreign language which I don't even understand. He "thinks" he is greeting me in that language, but I honestly don't want to be greeted in a language that I don't know or understand. I asked him to stop doing that, but he goes on arguing with me for next 3 to 4 minutes asking me why! Food sucks too. This is the second time.
