Not sure why the menu says a biscuit comes with a combo because I've never once gotten one from here when I order. The attitude of the staff is awful, like none of them want to be there. No greeting, no smile, no "you're welcome" after I make a point to say thank you... The food is pretty okay, but it would he better if it wasn't served with such a begrudging attitude and actually included the biscuits like it should have. This is one of the best Popeyes that I have ever been too. The place was clean, efficiently run, and the quality of food that you expect. You could hear the crew communicating together and working as one and they all seemed to enjoy serving a good meal to their customers. I would like this crew to come show my local Popeyes how to run a great restaurant. I eat here for lunch 2 to three times a week. I always use the app and then dine in. Best Popeyes I have ever been to hands down. Be sure to let them know when u get there if I use the app. Way better than the old Popeyes. Very clean operation. Just passing thru the area and I was impressed. Has some of the qualities I have not seen at other Popeyes (and I have been to many in different states): Fast, courteous and actually good food. The red beans & rice was perfect and the dark meat chicken cooked just right. Mango lemonade very good too. I have to admit this was my best experience at a Popeyes! I have no bad experiences with this Popeyes. The chicken is always fresh and hot whenever I visit. Maybe it’s due to location since it sits right next to I-40 but I must say the chicken is good.
