Gave this location 2 chances. Both times terrible terrible terrible, wings overcooked and dry as sand.
2nd visit ordered a simple combo meal and was given no warning id be wasting a literal HOUR of my day waiting for a meal for just myself. Waste of time, quite possibly the worst Popeyes ive ever been to.

Service was slow ordered the 16 pcs family meal and 2 apple pies. 10 min after taking our money they came out saying pies will be another 5 min as our chicken was on counter baged getting cold. This is unacceptable. They could have said they had to make them. Also 3 pcs short for our order substituted spicy. Was not happy. Was short 1 breast only got 3 should have gotten 4. Staff tried to charge more for something else other than apple pie.
For lunch time this should not happen. Teach staff how to count chicken too.

Tried to order inside to eat in and waited 5-10 minutes without being waited on. Got in the drive thru line, ordered after maybe a 1 minute wait, pulled up, paid, and with one car in front of us and none behind, we were asked to pull to the side to wait for our food.
It's Friday, not a holiday weekend, and 1:30pm-ish, after the lunch rush.
Just discovered another customer who waited 20 minutes for their order.
This is when a manager should be assuring the customers that everything is under control - or someone should.
We now have a string of cars at the drive thru, and no one is moving.
Very disappointing! They desperately need to hire more help!
40 minutes wait. Not sure I'll go back.

We try eating there and, one of our sandwich number 2 and the chicken came back raw 🤮 I asked for a refund and nop, They wanted to remake a meal.. Which No, No ever again will eat at that place…
