Wow.. Not sure what has been with Popeyes lately but it's not good. Went through the drive thru and the service was non existent. She didn't talk, make eye contact or do anything to make us think we were paying customers. Super rude. On the flip side we also went to the Wendy's at the other end of the building and they were perfect. Maybe the manager from Popeyes could get some pointers. Slow slow service. There was only 3 people working, 2 cooking and 1 drive thru person. I went thru drive thru first and no one did anything to ask me for my order, so I decided to go in. There were several people waiting for orders and no one came to the counter to ask for my order then either. I left the store. Very unhappy with service. Need more employees. Service: 1

The poor girl at the counter was working by herself and didn't speak English very well. The customer behind me asked if she was having a good day. She said, "Umm, I'll go check."... not understand what he was asking. Good was great, place was clean, just need more help. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
