Order from popeyes app and they gave my food to someone else 😩 then when I talked with them from the delivery guy who called me it was showing on my app that he was there but the lady kept saying someone else picked it up and they gave my name then she said they showed it to her on the app which she had to be lying 🤥 so she hung up and didn't try to fill my order so I have no food and I have to wait 48hrs to get my refund horrible service and still they haven't dropped food off and I'm just 3 minutes away am ordering from hotel Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Service: 1 Recommended dishes Three Piece Meal

I ordered the surf and turf the shrimp had been sitting under the lamp for who knows how many hours so they were not even hot they looked old the food was cold overall service was horrible

Pretty disappointed with the meal & service tonight. First it was cash only then you have to wait parked up front for mild!...Got a chicken tender meal for 2, but you have to ask for 2 drinks or you only get 1, i asked for fries and was given red beans n rice, mashed potatoes we’re missing gravy, way to ruin that meal!
