Ordered $32 worth of food, 2 meals and deserts. Fries were completely stale. Chicken sandwich was missing the cheese and bacon. My wife's chicken thighs looked like they had been sitting for hours. They missed the mashed potatoes. The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh though. I have never gotten a bad chicken sandwich. I think the only way to get anything fresh here is to order fresh. Came here and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a large fry, and 2 kids' meals with chicken nuggets. We get home and realize they didn't give any chicken nuggets, just 2 kids' meals with fries, that is it. My husband calls to see what happened. The guy that answers the phone said he knows he put them in there, and basically, we are lying ,he had zero customer service skills at all! This isn't the first second or third time something like this has happened. If there was a closer popeyes I would go to it but unfortunately this is it, too bad 👎 😔. Three times now when picking up my own food to go after ordering through the app they've forgotten multiple food items. I wanted to trust them and didn't check the first time. We ordered three meals and only got two. Second time we ordered three meals again but my husband forgot to check and we were missing one sandwich. Third time today we checked our food was right on the counter before leaving. The lady helping us looked bothered.. So I said yeah sorry we've missed items twice now she looked annoyed and said nothing. We then noticed the fries were missing, the lady looked annoyed again grabbed the bag and read the receipt. She said nothing again turned around and threw fries in the bag... So I said in the future if we miss something what should we do? Giving her opportunity to say how we should have asked to not frustrate her. She said nothing again. So I said ok well should I call? She said yeah. Then pushed our bag over we said have a goodnight she said nothing. I totally know employees have bad days too that we are human. However if this employee is in such a mental health challenged she can't even speak she should really not be helping customers today. Give her a break or have her catch up on something in back. Helping the public is exhausting these days so even though this review is a reflection of a bad experience I recognize the true problem here is management. Where was this Ladies manger to support her? A employee should never be so burnt out they can't speak. Also a reflection of management for our lack of consistantly getting what we ordered... Guessing your managers may need a break too.. We used to love this location sad to see how burnt out everyone is now. I came in to the Store because of 2 Different Advertised Specials. The Manager said those Specials were not Available in the Drive In or at his Store. It cost me about $5 More than what was Advertised on Line. Only 1 side instead of 2 sides as Advertised also. And the Manager was Very, Very Rude. !!!!!!!! I went home and rechecked online And the Specials were still there But the Website would not Work to order for Home Delivery. This is the 2nd time this same thing has happened at this Store in Gresham , Oregon. I had told My sister at the Office about the Specials, and had to call her back and tell her Not to go there and waste her time. She said The Manager is always Very Rude At This Store. Sam. Terrible experience new years eve on way home after driving hrs from Seattle after attending Seahawks Steelers game wanted a bite to eat, chicken was horrible tasteless, service was poor, and adding to the service being poor an employee of the franchise whom ordered after me got her dish prepared before us cause "she was in a hurry". I ordered on the mobile app. Arrived at the appointed time and order was not ready. I noticed that there were at least a 100 pieces of chicken already prepared in their bin. The employee grabbed the oldest prepared chicken which turned out to be cold and wet. Smallest chicken drumstick I have ever seen. chicken pieces are all batter with little meat. Coleslaw was warm and smelled rancid. Threw the food in trash and went to another chicken place that pays homage to Kentucky. Way better price, chicken was hot and cripy, coleslaw was cold. I would not recommend Popeyes at all.

There was lots of people in the drive through but once I got my order through the young lady at the drive thru window (it was her first day) got my order through and I got the food INSTANTLY, the fastest turnaround for food I've had in a long time. Went to this Popeyes pretty late the other night.I did order a family meal and the new sweet and spicy wings. Now the chicken was really dry. When my husband asked for thighs they said they couldn't do that but gave him a box of breast and drumstick. The biscuits and the Cajun fries were okay not fresh! When asked for all of the sauces they had they gave two ketchup two hot sauce two honeys and a bunch Cajun seasoning. SMH.My sweet and spicy wings barely and I do mean barely had any sauce on them. If you get those wings at any location ask for extra sauce because they will barely put any on there. We spent 50$ on our food and you mean to tell me this what we get. Ordered 5 peice chicken strips. 3 of the strips were the size of a quarter lol... I'd hate to see how much revenue this establishment is loosing every month compared to last year sales. Needs new manager to clean house. Hopefully a regional manager reads these. Cost of labor going up and employees running customers off with bad service.

Whoever owns or Manages this place needs to learn better business and human resource skills! Expect to wait 30 minutes for food! Friendly employees. Clean interior. I wanted to see what the hype was about for the Chicken sandwhiche. I came here the other day on lunch with coworkers and the line was not moving for at least 7 minutes. We couldn't order. We had to leave. ONLY one employee working the cashier and handing out food?! I came in today to try again. But had to wait at least 5 minutes to finally order because again ONLY one employee working cashier. This is by no means the employees fault. This is the owner of this location fault for not hiring enough employees or giving them more working hours or more pay to keep an efficient work force. -1⭐ Under staffing employees for efficiency. -1⭐ Making people wait too long
