This location has given us the wrong order more than once. They try to correct it by writing down your name for next time but that doesn’t work either. Got another wrong order today in the drive thru, no receipt and when we called the store they were not willing to help. The manager could be heard yelling at the employee who answered the phone but would not talk to us. Manager’s name is Gustavo. We called corporate for a refund and hope that they do some investigation of this location. Very poor customer service. We will never use this location again. This hurts me leaving this review. I don't like doing 1 star reviews, but man... this was probably the worst fast food quality I've had in years. I got the original chicken sandwich, which is my go too here, and that sandwich had to of been sitting there for a very long time. The mayo was gone/absorbed into the chicken breading, and bun, even with the bun being mayo soaked it was still hard/stale, the mayo that was still visible on the sandwich was see through and gelatin looking, and the 2 pickles were both butt slices of pickle. I've eaten here multiple times, always had hot fresh food, but idk what was going on today. Very disappointing. Probably won't go back for some time. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

It's fried chicken. Of course it's good. I'd give 5 stars but I've gone there after 8 and they had no spicy chicken. Thankfully they have hot sauce 😋 😍 😎 😜 😏 😋 Food: 5 Service: 4

Food is always good. I wish I had one in North Branch. It used to be better when the only store was on Lake Street in Minneapolis. I think they changed the recipe for a wimpier Swedish Lutheran Minnesota taste who likes to think they like "spicy". I have had Popeye's recently south of Illinois and it tasted better. If Midwest locations have an option between recipes, they should pick the Southern style. Okay listen up whoever ordered some ghost pepper wings or spicy wings you got my old order I went in there to order some spicy and ghost wings they were dried up and all I watched them as they put the containers that I bought back on top of the heater, and then they were being put in a bag, I believe it was for the drive-in order but it could have been from The order ahead of me, for they were trying to play switching rude games watching me watch them but I saw what they did they served a customer's old chicken to another person shame shame shame on you as I watch them take my freshly cooked chicken from the now everyone is watching me watch them and they think that I was stupid, I let them know that I saw what they did we wind up throwing out our food because they still did a switch up and the chicken taste it all be careful when you order from Popeye's on Lyndell avenue in Bloomington, you lost a customer from people that come to the city quite often. This location is always out of certain items. And they could care less about their customers satisfaction. I had a choice to go to this location or the Eagan location as I was in between both of them with the same distance to either one. Wish I would've picked Eagan. Popeyes is so good! Especially their spicy chicken sandwich. It's probably the best spicy chicken sandwich out there. That's really all I go there for. Whatever it is they do to their chicken or is in the sauce the spicy sauce they got it down. Chick-fil-A is good, but I think Popeyes probably has'em beat!
