Popeyes really did their thing by making these juicy but oh so crispy ghost pepper wings. May they never discontinued it! Before, I'll get tenders, shrimp or chicken leg but this is all I get now. I was so excited to finally get to eat at the Popeyes because it’s my all-time favorite well upon pulling up to make my order I sit there for five minutes and no one even spoke to me or greeted me through the microphone so I pulled around to the window and someone was sitting in the window I assumed waiting on their food only to find out that they were just talking with their friends so after sitting there for another six minutes it was finally my turn to the window after I place my order then I find out that they threw everything away that I couldn’t order mind you they close at 12 I’ve been sitting there for 15 minutes almost and still had 10 minutes left before closing this Popeyes is definitely a letdown from my previous experiences. Just had a GREAT experience at this Popeyes, so great it was worth leaving a review. The other ones in Charleston I've been to are consistently slow, like 15-18 minute wait for an order. This one had me in and out in probably 6 minutes to include the long line of cars. My order was correct to include two sauced and extra gravy in the mashed potatoes. Crazy the other locations have let me down so often that I'm excited to have decent service at this location Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quality wholesome Chicken everyone feast your eyes on Quality Good O'l American take out!!! not even a dog would eat. Burnt taste dry not fresh at all. Blood still in the meat disgusting. To make matters worse I called spoke to Brenda who was extremely apologetic unfortunately refunds cant be processed by phone, so here I go out the door back on the road. Happy fourth of July!! I'm not sure who Popeyes is paying to hype their new chicken sandwich but it's working because the sandwich taste mediocre at best. The batter is light and crisp but I bet you make a better chicken sandwich at home. Service is slow. I waited 15 minutes for my meal. You would think I was served hot fries after waiting so long...not even. Try it for yourself. You may have a better experience

First time I had ever eaten at Popeyes and it was awesome!! Also the guy who took my order was so sweet! He helped me bag my food so I could fit it on my motorcycle. I only recommend eating here once a month because boy! Everything is fried!! But so dang good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I placed an order through the official Popeyes app (not UberEats, not DoorDash, not Postmates) for drive-thru pickup - a 12 ct wing meal and another 6 ct by itself. Despite a short wait and minimal customers, the staff at the drive-thru window couldn't locate my order. Specifically, they said the order “popped up, then disappeared.” The manager, I believe, suggested I contact Popeyes customer service to have the order sent over to the restaurant. After struggling to connect with a human due to the late hour, I engaged in a 24/7 text chat. They found the order on their end and promised a refund in 3-5 business days. However, I simply wanted my food. Returning to the store with this information didn't help; they refused to provide the order, citing “they won’t get paid for it.” Not only that, they mentioned that wasn’t the first time that issue occurred with a customer… Why isn’t something being done to resolve it?? Terrible business practice. Very dissatisfied, and not customer-centric whatsoever. I live 10 miles from this location. This experience has left me EXTREMELY disappointed, and I won’t be ordering from Popeyes again. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Service: 1

Waited in line while cashier counted her drawer at counter. She never acknowledged we were standing there, but she talked to her friend standing beside us, about a personal phone call she had her make. By her shirt, she looked to be the Manager.
