Have only ordered take out from here but the order was on time, fresh as other potbelly locations usually are, and clean. As soon as you walk in you’re hit with a delicious aroma that makes you want to sit down with your to go order and never leave! Definitely look forward to ordering more from this location. We stopped in for a quick bite for a late lunch and loved it! Great flavor, great service behind the counter. We got the BLTA, Mama’s Meatball, & the Roast Beef. Fantastic! We were too hungry and excited to eat to snap pics of the food, but trust me - it was great! Nice airy atmosphere inside and clean, too! Definitely will be back again when in the area.

Stopped in for lunch. Place was not crowded and we were served quickly. The food was well prepared and good. I ordered the "A Wreck" original size sub sandwich which was very good. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. The employees were nice and courteous, and functioned as a good assembly line. The prices were decent, and pretty much competitive with other restaurants of this style. They did have a Mobile Order Pick-Up area. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

First time going in. I told the employee about food allergies and he told another one, possibly manager, who went and checked all ingredients in the meat. The sandwiches were good, just would have liked a few more details about toppings because I overheard someone else ordering something I wasn't offered. But I do think one employee was new and possibly the other customer was more familiar with the menu. I will go back again. I love this sub shop. Food is always fresh and subs are heated through an oven. Toasts the sandwiches to perfection. Melts that cheese just right. The cookies are to die for... as well as the shakes and smoothies. Also, do not forget to tell them about your toppings. I should have taken a photo of my order...the Italian. So good! Next time!

Food is good *if* they actually make it right, but this place is painfully slow. You can order carryout, show up 20 mins after the estimate for pickup, and they still won't have your food for another 10 mins. Would've been faster to just go in and hop in the line to order. I've visited this location four times in the last 2 - 3 weeks and only one time has my order been ready within 5 mins of the estimated time. Just took 45 mins to finish my order and when I got home to eat it was missing ALL condiments I requested (mayo, onions, lettuce, double cheese). It didn't even have any cheese on it at all.
