Went to grab a pretzel bite box but the guy working there accidentally threw away my order ticket? I asked if mine was ready as I noticed several people behind me were getting their orders fulfilled and he said he didn’t know where my ticket was, not “I’ll make some now,” just blankly stared even after I showed him my receipt. I asked for my money back. He had to call 3 people to figure it out. All in all, it took almost an hour. Sheesh. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always went here . Decent place once in while to get a pretzel. Bites are good. But not my cup of tea . So went in one day. Was told no pretzels . Only pretzel bites . Was dough right there to make one. If given a reason why I could not have been made one been different story . Very disappointing . Thanks .
