Friday night is Karaoke night which was really fun! Service at the bar was fine! Food was okay. Super soggy fries and we ordered xx hot wings and they had no spice at all. Prices are reasonable.

I feel like people writing negative reviews think this is a fine-dining establishment...No, it's more like your neighborhood bar. Great pub food, sammies, pizzas, wings - it's all yummy. But the best aspect is the staff. It was only our 3rd or 4th time in, and the bartender Brooke was so nice. She was kind, helpful and she was hustling. The grill cook wasn't having the best day personally, and we lifted his spirits unknowingly by telling Brooke how good our food was - and she passed it on to him. What great teamwork! She was looking out for him. Love to see that. We'll definitely be back for some good food and a pleasant atmosphere. I'm a Reuben guy and Primanti Bros. Reuben was excellent! Chunky crisp sauerkraut, not the mushy watery junk some places have. Go see Brooke, she's sweet

We had an average experience here. The food was decent; albeit the fries were over-cooked. The venue itself was enjoyable, as it had some music, TVs, and various decorations to observe. I’d recommend looking elsewhere in Lancaster for food. Our experience in Pittsburgh at Primanti’s Bros was much better.

My wife and two other couples were at a nearby hotel for NYE (I won't name 'cause I'm still deciding if they are worth a review). We were forced to find a bar with NFL games due to the hotel not renewing their Direct TV subscription.....we scrambled to see our team play, and a hotel maintenance guy suggested Primanti Brothers. He was right on the money, as it was just 0.3 miles from our hotel.
This place has plenty of TVs and had every pro game on at least 3 screens at any time. The staff was notably young and polite. We got a booth, but we wanted other seats, and they were quick to accommodate us. The service was a bit slower than we'd preferred. However, it was busy, and it was NYE (at 1:30 p.m., we had to pace our drinking, lol). No harm, no foul from our perspective. Though I did not eat, my friends ordered the iconic sandwiches and were pleased with the portion and taste compared to the original location in Pittsburgh. The tab was as expected.
Now, the other patrons....considering at least 6 NFL teams were represented, all were good-natured. Gentle ribbing and jeering was given and received without any butt-hurt. We all had a good laugh even though those damn 'birds sh*t the nest again.
Will go back to the location next trip to the area.
