Primo’s is my favorite go to place for ordering take-out. First, all of their food tastes amazing, no matter what meal you order! Second, they offer a great rewards program with discounts. Lastly, their customer service is up beat and welcoming every single time. My favorite is all of the delivery driver’s, who show so much kindness at every drop off. Well we got a Cobb Salad with extra chicken, the chicken was all dark meat, looked for the feta chesse and bacon no Feta and no bacon paid $19.00 for this. We also got a boiled seafood dinner, no coleslaw which comes with the dinner and it seem the whole dish was swimming in some sort of lemon, oil yuck! Wasn't expecting that for a $25.00 dinner. I went to get a pizza paid for it when I was leaving they accused me of stealing lol, I told them I paid the other guy that went In the back they confirmed I paid then said OK you can go. (No apology no my bad nothing) I can go like they were detaining me lol, I left the pizza there didn't ask for my money back I'll never go there again. Put Italian seasoning on my ham cheese sub don’t like oregano at all called to ask for new sandwich without seasoning on it my understanding was they where bringing me new sub a hour goes by nothing call again guy says no one there knows about any sub but will send over another half hour goes by nothing call back and your gonna argue with me that’s how it comes for 25 years well when ya asked what I want on it didn’t say anything about seasonings! Ordered turkey club if your going to charge $15 you could at least put bacon & tomato on there it was overloaded with lettuce & needed a search party to find the bacon & tomato. Asked for fries well done & they were not. Very disappointing for the price. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This is my favorite spot to eat at! I live in Billerica and I drive all the way out here to get their food. The marinara sauce is the best around and the seafood is very high quality! They use high quality ingredients and the staff is great. My go to’s are the steak tips, grilled chicken dinner, chicken parm, and definitely the scallops & haddock!! Make sure you sign up for the rewards program if you plan on visiting regularly, you save a lot as a regular!
