We met Primo and I told him one of the best meals I ever had was in Costa Rica and had run down soup. He said he could make it and delivered it the next day with the best ceviche ever! Service was great and he even sent me pictures of the meal as it was cooking. If ever in Caymans you have to get his food, it will be the meal you post and tell your friends and family about. I ordered a steam fish and it was absolutely delightful. The fish was tender, cooked to perfection with a subtle yet flavorful seasoning. It was served hot and remained moist and succulent. The dish was accompanied by potatoes pumpkin that complemented the fish beautifully. Overall, a satisfying and healthy meal that I would highly recommend. My fried fish was delicious, well seasoned and the tostones was great not oily. The chef ensured the food was hot when colleced. The serving was the right size. My stomach was truly happy as I devoured my fried fish meal, the chef was thoughtful ensuring I was served with fresh hot food, plus the customer service was on point.
