Went to this Publix to pick up sandwiches that I had placed online. They weren’t ready at the pick up time . My daughter had to get Bret the manager which came over just to tell us he’s sorry. He was rude as hell and we were waiting for 30 minutes. He did not want to accommodate me for the inconvenience and time we had waited. He was extremely rude and looked at me like he didn’t give 2 you know what’s about customer service. After telling him we saw people coming back and forth ordering sandwiches and getting them made . We never got our stuff so we left. We had other stuff in our cart that needed refrigeration but he did not care one bit. We will never order sandwiches there again. We will take our business elsewhere from now own. We left and did not purchase one single thing. Extremely rude Manager. He definitely should not be in customer service at all.

Publix as we all know is the best. My fav is the delivery sandwiches. No one makes my sandwich like Publix. Niw I work at a food establishment, and our food is amazing, but Publix makes the best sandwiches. The prices vary depending on what is needed,but its well worth the price. Now let me tell you about their bakery. Magnificent. If you want the best cake or any desserts, Publix is your place

Publix in general is great, this Publix carries on that tradition. This location was rebuilt a few years back, they tore the whole thing down and rebuilt it all new and it’s amazing. There is a location closer to me but this is the one I frequent as the selection is much larger, the location is always clean and the plaza has many others shops I use. Parking is easier here than other places, they are rarely out of anything and they have a good turnover of product so everything remains fresh. Also this location has a great wine selection and a large isle of food products from abroad, Asian, Mexican, Britain etc. If that’s not enough for you, this location has a huge bakery and deli with fresh tendies for pub subs all day long.

There's Publix along with it's sister store, down the road is wonderful! Very busy,but very efficient. I ride a bike to and from at least one every day. There are other options, but there is no other grocery store that compared. The staff is awesome.

It's a close place to shop, and it looks like the sandwich line is always long. Watch the EXPIRATION DATES ON YOUR PRODUCTS. Deli section was good don't ask about the taste of meats or cheeses. And hurry up there they don't have time for your selected requests 🙄 I actually really liked the potatoe salad without eggs 😋

Just moved here from Ohio, like Publix so much more than my store back home. Everyone is so helpful! When you ask for help they go out of their way to help you Large selection of hot foods, I hear the pub subs are amazing. This is my go to store.

No matter how far in advance I place a pub sub order, my order is never ever ready for me to pick it up. As a consumer, I feel that giving the deli enough time to get the sandwiches ready is helping stream line the process, but if my order isn’t ready then I lose trust in the store. Three times I’ve been late to my event because I’m waiting on pre-ordered and pre-paid subs. Giving 3/5 stars because the staff are friendly, everyone says hello, and cashiers & manager always make an effort to be kind.

Food fraud ingredients . I spend 2.99 for pineapple pecan overnight oats and guess what no PECANS LIKE THE NAME STATES AND THE LABEL but INSTEAD I get RAISINS that's not even listed on the ingredients . I did however speak to the manager and he thank me for informing him so the next person wont have that happen to them and they could correct it from there on. he even offered me another one which I'm going to pick up tomorrow this is why I love shopping at Publix because when I have issues like this they get addressed yes I post it on here but not for negative insight. It's only to show the positive side of how Publix goes above and beyond any other grocery store I go to and this is why I consistently will go to Publix even when something happens they always make it right.

The Baker let me down. Didn't give us the cake that we ordered for my niece's 7th Birthday party. Totally dropped the ball. Never thought I would be disappointed with Publix.
