Publix is such an amazing organization from its super nice and friendly employees to its fresh delicious food.. to its amazing organization.. Publix has always been an amazing place to just visit and admire… but you will always find something that will make your existence much better!!! Thank you Publix you are certainly the type of business all businesses owners should try to emulate!!! It truly is a pleasure to deal with Publix!!!

Walked in kinda bummed out having a hard day. The associate in the deli really made my day better with her positive attitude and genuine kindness. The deli department works very hard and always help me find my items. I love shopping at this location the associates are great. I’m thankful for the people that make this my favorite shopping location.

In typical fashion, this is a well lighted, extremely clean daily stocked grocery store. There are always manager or Personnel people floating about if you need help. Parking can be a little challenging because of the design of the lot and especially during the lunch rush as they have a really good Deli.

Not sure why, but this Chasewood Publix has been out of so many items in the last few weeks. Today, no beef and pork meatloaf meat mix, no ground pork, and not even any ground round, so I couldn't make my own meat mix. All they had was ground chuck. I skipped it all. No pre-packaged publix brand sliced not smoked provolone for weeks. Not even any Greenwise organic of same. Apparently there's a terrible provolone shortage. Had to go to deli. Speaking of, never any chicken wings in deli, breaded or not breaded, for weeks. They better figure that out before the Super Bowl, otherwise risk anarchy in the streets! They were out of so much I can't even begin to remember it all. The new tag line should be "Where shopping is not a pleasure... it's an exercise in futility and frustration." Kinda long, but accurate. They missed out on at least $70 bucks on me today alone. I've had it. Time to shop elsewhere.

Rude entitled public people. Staff is very nice. Shelves poorly stocked. Seems like they have issues with fresh milk. I have had more than one purchase go bad prior to date.

Five stars for pharmacy employee Brooke, CPhT. I was about to pay $25 for a prescription, when she paused and realized that the RX was not run through the insurance company! Looking back, this may not have been the first time but, it was the first time someone caught it the error. I paid $3 and disregarded any thoughts of changing my pharmacy to CVS.

Rita spent 15 mins making my sub. Instead of prioritizing making the sub, she was talking to her coworkers and people passing by instead. The worker next to her was able to make 2 people’s subs that were behind me before i was able to get my own.

It's a nice, clean Publix but, more often than not the Money Order machine is out of order. I went down the street to another Publix, and the machine worked fine. Maybe this locations machine has a defect?
