Just picked up fried chicken (family size). This is the saltiest chicken ever. I picked up chicken several times over the past years and all was good. Today SALTY. cold slaw and potato salad were great.

I tried to use the "club Publix $3.00 off a $50 purchase" tonight on my order totaling $56.70. The coupon would not work, so Lenny came over to investigate the issue. He ensured it was not expired and was going to have the cashier take $3.00 off my bill. However, he paused.. had me enlarge the coupon on my phone AND READ THE FINE PRINT. "Excludes Alcohol purchases". So he said" That's why it's not working, there is alcohol in your purchase". So he REFUSED TO TAKE THE $3.00 OFF. Now one would think with the amount of money spent it takes to even get a $3.00 coupon he would have just ok'd it. NOPE. THE RULES ARE THE RULES. It is the sheer principle of the matter. Maybe Lenny should take a class on customer service and how to be a human. After an extremely tough day at work, it felt like just another defeat. Maybe one day Lenny will be faced with a customer that REALLY NEEDS the $3.00 for gas,etc try out being a HUMAN. I WILL now drive out of my way to not shop at this Publix again. It's the point.

I always enjoy coming to this Publix. It's always clean here, especially the front desk area and bathrooms. The young man (Tyler I think?) who I've seen cleaning them is very friendly and does a great job.

I shop here quite often and can’t say enough about the staff. There is never a long wait at checkout either. The cakes from the bakery are always a hit at every birthday party. Platters from the deli too!

As a Publix connoisseur, I was fortunate enough to experience this particular location today. I originally went in to grab a couple things on the way home, but as I passed through the deli I was greeted pleasantly by a lovely woman named Lauren who insisted I tried a sample of chicken bacon ranch dip. This isn't something I normally eat or purchase, but she had a bubbly ora around her so I bit on her sales pitch. She was above and beyond, as was the dip. I ended up buying several containers as well as taking her advise on which chips to purchase to accompany the dip. She did not steer me wrong at all, and I will be back for more. Her customer service was to the point that I even asked her for her managers name, so as I currently sit in my recliner, with these chips and amazing dip, I'd like to let Chris Perry know that he has got a good one under his belt. Thank you!

I really like this Publix but specifically I really appreciate Janna in the deli. Janna makes the best pub sub that I have ever had and I have tried lots of different Publix delis. She is friendly and always recognizes me.

Unfortunately, every time I go to this Publix there is an issue with the bagging. I have to rebag my groceries most times I go (they will crush fragile items by putting heavy bulky items on top or rip open the meat wrap with another item when stacking). The last time I went I had to bag my own groceries and the cashier kept shoving them at me and insisting I go faster. The premium price of Publix is worth it at this location.

The African American female in the deli is very helpful and show great customer service skills she made a terrific sandwich for my granddaughter. Keep showing great customer service!

CONSUMER ALERT!!!! Publix at gateway crossings. Here we go again. The Butcher is mixing the old brown ground meat with the new ground meat and changing the sell by date. I'm not sure the manager of the store is aware of this. This is the 3rd time in a couple months we have ran into this with this publix. It's not bad enough their meat prices are the highest but now you have to pay the same high price for subpar questionable meat. Come on gateway publix get it together. Calling the health dept to check this out. 2/16/2024

I love the cleanliness of the store and friendly staff. Lamb is at a nice competitive rate. Fresh produce. Amazing fresh bakery 🧁 section.
