I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and it’s so ugly. I purchased my own cake topper. It’s a unicorn horn & ears. I gave them a reference photo for what I wanted. I was told they were capable of doing it.. I was so upset when I saw the cake, I've never gotten a cake this bad from Publix in my life. The writing is a sloppy mess, the colors are dull & dark. I don’t understand why they would allow someone with no skill in this field to hand out cakes to customers!? Whoever did this cake needs a lot more practice before they should be allowed to give real cakes to real customers. My daughter is so disappointed….

King’s Market is a solid Publix but the sub making team always goes the extra mile. IMO making subs is one of the hardest jobs at Publix. Making each sub with love and attention to detail while there are long lines of folks and to go orders popping up has earned my respect. Their chicken tender subs are literally my favorite meal hands down. 5 stars!!! Pick up a tendy sub next time you’re in there!

I’ve been ordering hot wings every Friday from them for going on five years. They know my name, know my order. The only issue is getting someone to pick up the phone in the deli to confirm my order. Never seem to have long lines and have enough new stuff circulating to keep me coming back. Butcher is always helpful and on point with recommendations. Same with the seafood counter. I’m always looking for “exciting” gluten and dairy free options that fit my dietary requirements. They stock enough of that for casual shopping in addition to alcohol removed red wine. And it’s clean!

Excellent!! Octavia from the Deli gave EXCELLENT 5 star customer service!! I was standing at the deli case no less than a second, when she said 'Hello, welcome in, be with you in just a moment!' I couldn't believe it! I needed to get food quickly because, I was feeling a little dizzy and decided to get my lunch early! It wasn't quite lunch time just yet, and felt guilty about wanting lunch earlier than 11 am. Octavia came over with a big smile on her face and made it OK to get my lunch that early!! Most places won't even look up to greet you before time so that shocked me! Also, Kudos to the COOK on 07/30! That deli case was soo pretty, I didn't know whether it was a photo op or just that pretty! Anyways, everything was fresh, clean and filled up! I had gotten a wing dinner with 2 sides with corn bread muffins! It was so tasty! I had a great experience for lunch on yesterday! Thanks Publix!

I placed an order that morning for 2 pm. I arrived to pick up my order, but they didn't have the order. The manager forgot to post it because she had a meeting, that's what I was told. The worker, who was very nice, did everything she could to get me what I wanted in a short time. I had it for a group meeting. It took her about 15 minutes to get close to what I ordered. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave great customer service. It was a very important meeting, so I was pushing for time. Thank you. 😊

I used to love going to this location for the fried chicken and fresh fruits and vegetables. Went in every Friday this particular Friday, My child sees a roach in the hot food section Next to my favorite fried chicken. I can't go back in there.

BEST FOOD! BEST CATERING! BEST SERVICE! HUGE THANKS to Publix, Krista and her team for making the best food for my wedding! Without Krista and her team, my wedding won't be so successful! All guests were so pleased with the food I ordered in Publix. My wedding was in British Colonia style with the Tea party to follow. I was looking for the best sandwiches, croissants and all other food appropriate for tea party. I checked so many different restaurants, European cafes, private bakeries in Atlanta metro area, and stopped my choice on Publix. It was wise decision. Publix has the freshest food right, which comes straight from suppliers and shelves. It has the most trained people to cook and handle catering, the best chefs made the recipes for catering dishes. And of course quality/price is the best on the market!!! On the day of my order, Krista who is managing the catering team came to me and helped me with all my questions. She accurately put all the notes, advised me on quantities and food ingredients. She was just the Best! On the day of my wedding, Publix delivered food to my weeding perfectly on time. Everyone who helped me to place food on the table has noticed that everything was packed so nicely and professionally. The food was soo good and testy! I highly recommend everyone to use Publix catering for all your different events! You will enjoy quality, services and prices!!
