Daniel and Hayden are two young men that defined EXCELLENCE in customer service! My check out was a breeze and they were very engaged with me the entire time check out process. I’d consider giving them a little bit more money. It’s people like that who make me want to come back and tell others to spend their money at Publix. Great JOB! Daniel and Hayden!

Barbie in the deli department was wonderful! Courteous, friendly, attention to detail and such great energy! I will definitely be back! Publix is very lucky to have an employee such as her. It's a challenge coming across such great customer service like that these days.

Went to get a sandwich and deli person allowed someone to skip us.. and finally the other lady was making orders and another lady ask me would would I like.. and she was told no.. not to make mine. And make the preorders for people that were 10 minutes late.. we stood there for 15 minutes.. while they made 2 sandwiches.. never going back to this location for deli. We dropped all our groceries and walked out. Horrible customer service.

Ordered a sub at 11 am. Lady started making it ,said she only had 5 loaves of bread left. Put mayonnaise on bread and left. She said nobody sliced enough meat for subs. Waited 10 more minutes while she cut and stocked all the meat . All thus time, no one else helped her and my sub sat there with mayo!!! Not the Publix experience I expected!

I have been coming here since the store opened and have never had a problem until within the last maybe 6 -9 months. Debra in the deli is the most nastiest unprofessional person working in the deli. She is very rude ! When I see her , I either wait for another associate or just not get anything all together. In my years of coming to this location, I have grew a great customer/associate relationship with several employees and enjoy coming to my local store but hate going to the deli when she is there. I will go to another store just for the deli

TO ALL FLORIDIANS THIS IS OUR PUBLIX DO NOT GO TO CHERRY!! DONT DO IT!! THIS IS THE PUBLIX YOU NEED TO BE AT! They have everything you want out of a Florida PUBLIX. They have all and I mean all the LTO SPECIALS. ( Brian ) is amazing.

The deli couldn’t make 2 out of the three sandwiches I’d ordered. They called five minutes before pickup time to tell me they were out of tuna and sauerkraut. I would have gone somewhere else but I was already in the store. When I pointed out to a deli employee that the ticket on the one sandwich they were able to make had indicated that I wanted it toasted and it wasn’t, she didn’t offer a solution. She yelled, and I mean yelled, “Thank you for shopping at Publix Happy New Year!” Then she walked away. Worst grocery store experience I’ve had in years.

Terrible service !!!! Every Sunday we try ordering fried chicken at this location or cherry 🍒 road location in Rock Hill SC & we have been told we cannot get chicken until 8 or more hours later!! We call @ 9 am & are told we cannot get our fried chicken order until after 5 pm !! RIDICULOUS!!! This is every Sunday not just an isolated incident!! Publix fried chicken used to be so delicious but now the flower is dirty & as a result the chicken skin is EXTREMELY HARD WITH PIECES OF LEFTOVER DIRTY FLOUR OR WHATEVER THEY USE to coat the chicken!!! We often ask for our chicken to be dipped in fresh coating to prevent getting sick with salmonella or other food poisons !!! The cherry 🍒 road location has nasty & RUDE EMPLOYEES ANSWERING their phone to take orders & when we ask their names we are told “NONE OF OUR BUSINESS!!!” “ WE DID NOT HAVE TO TELL YOU OUR NAMES!!! “ Then hung on !!!! Harris Teeter would never tolerate customers being treated so poorly!! I think we need to stick with Harris bc Publix has really fallen off !!!!

Publix has the best customer service. They have the best deli sandwiches and the only place I will buy already cut up fruit from and it’s always on point, juicy, sweet, fresh no matter what idk how they do it but I’ve never ever had a bad experience
