The pharmacy here is top notch. The store is clean and well maintained. I haven't seen the lines get to long but I've never been in at rush times . Over what I've come to expect from publix a very nice store.

It's one of our favorite places to shop! The bakery and deli items are absolutely delicious, and teams are very friendly! Love the variety of options and freshness of food. Its clean and bright! Do not like the self checkout at any store. If we have to do this service then lower the prices. I say that for any supermarket chain.

We ordered cupcakes for my grandsons baby shower. My wife sent a picture and talked with a specific person in the bakery department. She sent an email containing a picture along with a phone conversation. The person in the bakery stated they could do them. We didn't expect exactly, but close is not out of the realm of possibility. When I went to pick them up, I was disappointed with the attempt to get close. I did speak with the manager, and she called the person and was able to make it right. We picked them up the next day and were satisfied with the decoration on the cupcakes. I boosted up the stars due to the manager making it correct. When you spend a lot of your hard earned money on a product, you should get it correct. The first picture is the sent email, the 2nd pic is original cupcakes, the 3rd picture was the final.

Publix on Gold Hill made a small cake for my 10/21 wedding and also catered several dessert trays. Everything was so delicious and beautiful! They also delivered to our venue the day of. The woman who delivered was punctual and very nice, she even helped to put the cake toppers on and getting the cake set up nicely on the stand. I would recommend this location for anyone wanting an affordable, but tasty wedding cake!

I called this morning in a panic because today was my husband’s 60th birthday. I explained I am disabled and live through pain daily but have been very sick. Could he please make an exception and give me a cake for today? He was so nice and said yes and calmed me down. Of course it was perfect. My husband picked it up since I can’t drive. He heard the bakery manager getting on to Hunter telling him that he never should have let me buy a cake that’s not pre-ordered. But it’s friendly people like Hunter that make us keep coming back! I am already impressed with the pharmacy and switched over to Publix and very happy. Now I will buy all my cakes here! Thank you Hunter for your kindness! The cake was delicious🎂

Saturday (Jan 20th) around 2:30pm or so, I asked the gentleman at the bakery about some cookies I hadn't seen in about a month (chocolate chip cookie sandwich half dipped in chocolate). He knew exactly what I was talking about and offered to make me some!! That honestly made my day🤗. I didn't catch his name but, Thank you again! Publix's always going that little extra mile🥰.

Yesterday I was at Publix, like always enjoying my shopping when I came across the most courteous employee at the Deli counter, his name is Ken, we talked about the holidays, spe nding family time and he always had a smile on his face. Thank you Ken, without a doubt you make shopping at Publix a pleasure.. May you have a Blessed day, and thank you Publix management for hiring employees that serve customers with a smile.

Management please read this! DIRTY GLOVES!!! A few days ago my wife and I ordered a sandwich from the deli. When we approached the counter, the worker put on her gloves and we asked for the sandwich. The lady looked at us and then walked away, with the same gloves on, grabbed the arm of whom I assume was someone from management. Then walked back towards where we were. Still with the same gloves, she grabbed the trash can and moved it out of her way,. Now she has touched two unsanitary things with these gloves. Then she walks out to the store area to grab more items for our sandwich and still has the same gloves on! She then proceeds to unwrap our sandwich items and handle our food with the same filthy contaminated gloves. Are you serious!? This deli should be shut down and cameras reviewed. I’ll gladly come in and help point it out. The point is, she touched three unsanitary items, (another person, a trash can, and more product) and didn’t think twice about how filthy that is. I am disgusted with this kind of laziness and we will not be ordering a sandwich from this location ever again.

I’d do anything for their banana walnut cake. There is this yummy orange juice by Natalies and I always only find it here. Their fried chicken is oh so good 😄 Always great going here.
