Great location on the second floor balconies over looking a small section of town with several local restaurants within walking distance. Staff are attentive and they know how to make a good drink. Definitely a place to smoke a good cigar from their humidor and listen to good music.

Decent selection, but we were brought a drink menu that was not up to date. Ordered a $30 bottle of wine we were told they didn't have it and then served a $60 bottle as it was "comparable", also not on the menu, without being told the cost. This was an overall small portion of my bill, which included $160 of scotch and $60 in cigars. Would have been nice if it was actually communicated or actually on the menu to begin with. Everything else was as expected. I paid for the wine and would have ordered it the same if I was told the actual price was going to be charged. It just doesn't seem like good business practice to offer a comparable wine that is double the price without any disclosure.

Finally made it. I showed up once when it just opened to check it out and the owners were awesome. Made it back for a Scotch and small cigar to chill the evening. Great cigar prices because of regulations and drink prices not bad either. All kinds of whiskies and beer to enjoy with an awesome balcony.

BEWARE when you buy cigars at this place. I come to this place occasionally and recently noticed that these guys (maybe the cigar tender) tend to falsely advertise the cigar's price. This happened to me few days ago. I opened a tab, got a cigar, smoked it, and when it was time to close the tab, I realized the cigar price was different. When I pointed out the price on the rack, the cigar tender ripped it and said no, that is not the price and didn't even honor their mistake. I was still fine with it because people do make mistakes. Then, a couple of other customers told me that this same scenario also happened to them. So I decided to write this review to warn future customers. I'm not coming back here again.

Not a bad selection of sticks for a small shop. Guarantee to have something you like. Great selection of spirits needs to work on a wider selection of ports.

Place was pretty cool. It's nice to smoke indoor outdoor on patios. Had a Carmel vodka drink that was delicious!

This is the worst cigar lounge in all of Arizona. I attempted to come to this location, after coming in for years, and was accused by two different employees of having a fake ID. Mind you it’s an Arizona ID that says I’m 27 years of age. Who would use a fake ID and claim to be 27? Long story short I had to call chandler police to receive my identification. Don’t give these people your business.

This place was awesome! The wife and I had stopped by after a cocktail down the street since we had seen it was a new spot in Downtown Chandler. We were so glad that we did as it will likely become a new favorite hangout! The lounge is very comfortable and has great views of downtown from the outside balcony. The vibe was really chill and the staff were very nice. If you kept a tab open, you can bounce from grabbing a drink to the walk in humidor where they had an expert on hand to help you with picking out a great cigar to smoke. I admitted that I was a complete novice and the gentlemen that helped us was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable with picking out my first cigar. He was friendly and made sure I felt great about my purchase. They also had a lot of local brews on tap to choose from at a great price. We ended up hanging here a lot longer than expected but it was for all good reasons! I do believe that if you want to grab a bit to eat, they work with the BBQ joint downstairs to accommodate. I look forward to bringing some friends and hanging out here again!

Loved Puro Cigar Bar. We sat out in the open. Had drinks smoked one of the best cigars I've experienced ever.. The bar tender and the cigar tender were polite. Knowledgeable about the products they were selling and overall when I visit Phoenix again I'll be back 😁
