I ordered today via the app and have 2 times before, recently. I ordered the same menu items including 2 bowls with double protein. The first online order was made with double protein and very delicious and fresh as to why I ordered again and I was shocked there was barely any protein at all! I thought maybe it was a off day and gave it another chance this evening. Ordered bowls all Witt double protein ( chicken) with chips salsa etc. There was maybe 6 pieces of chicken on each bowl Again!! This wouldn’t be sufficient for even a child. Also as I ordered & on the receipt for x lettuce and x Cilantro but there was NO lettuce, or Cilantro at all. This was beyond a disappointment for the 2nd time and ruined what our dinner should have been and paid for double for all the bowls. The bowl with maybe 6 pieces of chicken, no lettuce or cilantro I did not even eat! What a waste of money and what could have been a delicious meal as their food always is. I have chosen Qdoba over Chipolte for the past year because the quality of the food. I guess you must Check your food while picking up your orders. I unfortunately will not be returning the amount I paid is absolutely unacceptable and the 2nd time in a row this happened within this month so as much as I love their food I won’t be returning. We ordered our food ahead of time and it was ready to go when we got there. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the facility looked clean. The food was great and the quantity given was fair Plus there's a Starbucks right around the corner so you can get yourself a little drinky drink. I ate here on 1/26. I noticed the woman making the food was using her gloved hand to touch all the serving spoons/scoopers and then would reach her hand into the cheese to put it in the bowl etc. Didn't think anything of it until about 2 hours afterwards ( 4pm) I got sick to my stomach and it's now 12 AM and I'm still sick for my stomach. We had a good run Qdoba. :(

Everything was really fresh, the employees were fast but a little short tempered. Aside from that the restaurant was clean and everything tasted really good!

Hi i am.from.canada and I visit this place really often but I have been noticing that the afternoon food is changing a lot...I know your menu really well ..but I had told one of the manager that the afternoon rice was so muddy and uncooked..which I don't understand why the quality in the afternoon change over the morning.. food which is amazing ..after where I tasted lately and the bud experience I had I dicided no To go there in the afternoon any more....thank you but I have to say it....

My order is always correct thru their app and ready for pickup on time. The different varieties to choose from is always being updated and we'll worth trying. First time trying out Qdoba and will definitely come back. I’ve been going for chipotle for years, but after tasting the food here I prefer Qdoba. The food overall tastes better and get no extra charge for guacamole. The service was great, the staff actually feel like they enjoy their job.
