Worst 2 experiences I have ever had with this company. Went in to pick up some to go food that was pre-ordered, still waited almost 20 minutes for 1 adult entree and 2 kids meals, that was after they found the order after going through about 30 tickets. There was only 1 person in line and 5 visible employee's on shift. The place was complete trashed to the point that it would have been acceptable to call the health department with pictures. The most awful customer service I've ever had and lack there of! My family of 4 went to this location so excited for a good lunch. When we got there we saw 5 employees and not 1 person looked at us or acknowledged us. We. We're the only people in line and we stood there for 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. We left because my kids were hungry and no one seemed to want our service. Absolutely incredible how awful this was. We have no interest in giving qdoba our money in the future. This is such a garbage location, multiple times they have forgotten food in take out orders. They always run out of food, maybe add more to your order sheets??? The managers are garbage, they won’t help at the front when the employees are slammed. The entire restaurant is usually pretty unkept. And last but not least they serve bird sized portions of over cooked food. For the price you pay per item it’s insulting. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

Thank you to Jessica and her lunch rush crew today for a fantastic dining experience. The salad was fresh and the restaurant was spotless. She even took the time to come by our table to check on us. This location is usually one of the best, but not today. Low on eggs and steak for a regular size breakfast burrito. I offered to wait until the made more, but the manager argued it was enough. Watched them serve about 10 customers before my online order placed before any of those people got there was completed. This has been a continuous issue. I guess I will just stand in line next time and tell them to start on the order since they ignore online even after you arrive.

Update: the staff is phenomenal at this location. Jessie, Sohle, and Shawn are always so cheerful and remember me when I walk in. I’ll be back! This is the 3rd time we have ordered from them and I tried to give them yet another chance… The lettuce is old and wilted and brown they literally should have tossed the lettuce out by now! The staff does a great job but the manager is yelling at them and treating them horrible. I wouldn’t want to work for anyone who treated me that way. The manager should be evaluated in my opinion.
