I get gas here about once a week because it's the only gas station on my way to work on the right hand side that isn't BP. The price on the sign is LITERALLY never correct. Not once in the past 6 months have I paid the price on the sign. Always off by 10+ cents/gallon. Store staff is lazy (3 people standing around doing nothing when they could be changing the sign) and rude. Called corporate and got stuck with some regional manager who despite saying 'I'm on it!' when I send him pictures of the sign being wrong nothing ever changes. This store has gone WAY downhill. Maybe pay above minimum wage and you'll get workers that aren't smarmy teenagers.

terrible service, low stock, register wouldn't work, total was $8.47, then they used another register, total was now $11.76 Sounds shady, will not return

Locked keys in my car while pumping gas, staff was helpful. AAA. Never showed up after 90 minute wait. Call locksmith. 10 min. 80.00. AAA useless.. was told at 8:15 am that there was no place open at that hour. What??? 24 hour service must b a thing of the past.

I had the best experience of customer service here. My battery died at the pump and while I waited for assistance; not only was the manager knowledgeable but he offered for me to wait inside and grab a free drink. The other employees welcomed me to wait inside as well and they were all super kind. Dont read the bad reviews, this is a great place 👍 😀

My husband always stop at this location to fill up his work truck and grab a cold fountain drink. So today he got one and in the bottom of the drink was black particles floating in the bottom of the drink. I mean one doesn't always look at the drink when in a rush, right? But, we should be able to have some trust in these companies. I was so mad because my husband could have ingested that stuff. It looked like either Black residue from the soda pump or by not keeping those machines clean!! So gross! Unfortunately we can't trust it. Check your drinks!!

It's a hit or miss here, this isn't a fancy station like Wawa, not a ratted out dump either, pretty good 24/7 station, except for when the clerks overnight lock the doors from 10 or 11ish untill the AM and claim the store is closed while they get paid standing around doing nothing. They are 24/7 when they feel like it.

This gas station is always super busy but they give the best service. They have enough cashiers and I have never gone in and they weren’t super nice. These folks are splendid and I actually enjoy going into this gas station. The gas prices are competitive as well.

Been sitting on this review for a minute due to how amazing the morning staff is but I can’t keep silent. One of the managers I encountered after work, Ainsley, ruined the experience for me. She had taken her time getting to the register, took her time noticing me being in line at all, not wearing a mask during a pandemic while assisting me, all of which were very unprofessional. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now but this kind of service is unacceptable. You guys just lost a customer to Chevron, which is disappointing given how much I enjoyed the service I was able to receive before work. Shameful.

I have never seen a gas station with it's doors locked as much as this place. I live a quarter mile away and this used to be the only place I purchased gas and stopped before heading out anywhere. The doors are locked so often that I will now choose the brand new 7/11 down the road from now on

Edit: the newer staff is much better trained. Over the last year the quality of staff has declined. I have experienced a cashier who was too busy talking to a friend, when asked if I could purchase lotto got a condescending tone and replied to anything I said with rude comments. Today my daughter tried to buy gas with $8 in quarters and $17 in dimes. No pennies to be found. They refused her service, the manager on duty told me " it was just too much change for them to handle" and went on to say " if she rolled it they would accept it". There wasnt enough quarters for a roll and if 3 rolls of dimes is too much to handle.... Perhaps they need to not have a job that handles money.
