Service was just ok. The person taking my order made me say three times then when I got it she barely made eye contact and I couldn't hear her because she was talking to who ever else was there. This seems typical of drive-throughs recently not just this one. Food: 3 Service: 2

This place is always busy! Whether it's drive thru or lobby, time after time again the food isn't affected by the amount of traffic. The wait is never that long. The staff is able to handle the flow. The food is hot, well prepared, overall delicious!

When we pulled up in the drive thru the line was real long. I thought we would be there forever but the line moved really fast. The fried chicken was really good, better than Kentucky Fried or Lee's. The line was wrapped around the building, so I went inside to place an order for my family and 5 staff members are sitting down arm wrestling. I walk in people are play fighting, yelling and shouting while theres people waiting. Not only was my chicken cold and soggy, my fries were old. My lemonade was poured out of a bucket. The inside of the restaurant is filthy. Floors are sticky, no wet floor signs, tables dirty and no one seems to care. What a disgrace! Convenient location although the drive through traffic blocks others from being able to park at times. Plenty of tables and booths inside. Chicken was prepared fresh.
