One of the best stores for food shopping and there are multiple things they have great departments fresh seafood fresh meat wonderful produce it’s one of the larger Ralphs I have been going for years I know things are different now pricewise but we’re gonna have to deal with that it is one of my favorites stores to shop Customer service is wonderful the whole team is amazing! It still can be at one stop shop they’re on top of things courteous and friendly. they have quite a large parking area no problem they’re sanitizing station for on the way in and out which is wonderful and the photos basically the food that I cook at home it’s either that or delivery which not my favorite way of receiving food and eating that but they are working hard to get it to your door when you need it. As I remember at the beginning Ralphs they did have delivery service they gave you a window and usually right on time or earlier thank you for that they are all working extremely hard every single team member we’ll go out of their way to assist you and give you information thank you for that. loyal customer

Place is a mess! can't find any carts the new thing is customers have to go & retrieve there own carts to go grocery shopping from the parking lot, many of the elderly how to go find the carts to shop i simply retrieved carts for them cuz they needed them. U would think someone there would notice that there are no carts anywhere.. So that's why my family & I started shopping somewhere else & barely shop at Ralphs anymore unless we have too..

Today 10/19/2023 as I do about 3 to 4 times a week stop before going to work to purchase from the deli and produce. Well today was the worse day I've ever experienced in 20 years. I do believe her name is Amanda very bad language she used toward me I couldn't believe what I heard coming from her mouth was totally unprofessional in no way should that have come out of her mouth. I said to get you should've waited to you went to the back and said that.

Do NOT order pickup at this location. They regularly miss your delivery window by greater than 30-45 minutes. What’s the point of using pickup if I can shop my items faster on my own. Absolutely ridiculous.

They have no Check Stands open at 8. Today I went they had one checkstand open 10 people in line 15 people and self check out in line and none of the meat department had any fresh stuff under the glass seafood or regular meats that place sucks and that was at 9:30 in the morning

The store itself is very nice, really spacious. Only 2 stars because this is a BIG NO NO. I bought expired crab legs. These weren't just expired and had a little smell. These crab legs were way past the expiration date and had the most sour smell I have ever smelled from bad seafood, and the date on the package was still a week out from being actually expired. So clearly that packaging was wrong or the butchers in the back dont really know their meats, or the butchers knew it was bad, because how can you ignore that sour smell, and just packaged it any way. So glad me and my wife smelled it before eating it, we would have both been in the hospital for sure. Like said nice store but I wouldn't trust any meat package out of the meat department. Your safe bet if you do shop there is the frozen meat they get delivered.

I'm sick of seeing the line of people waiting for self checkout while only one manned checkout is available. Most people don't have a clue and take forever... Or they have two weeks worth of groceries in the cart. Hire some cashier's please! I don't remember when I wrote the above review, but absolutely nothing has changed. I hate going to this store. Knocked the stars down to one.

Purchased prepackaged quacamole on Jan. 20th that had 2"x3" piece of avocado skin mixed in product. Poor quality control in Deli dept.

Very nice store. They have a great selection of items in the Asian department. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings. Nice floral department.

I only went in for fried chicken because I don't know normally shop at regular supermarkets. I'm a trader Joe's girl and throw in some whole foods or Sprouts sometimes. So I got my fried chicken and I ate some and then I remember why I don't buy Ralph's fried chicken anymore. I was not happy with it and in fact it's still in the fridge. Either the oil was old or it didn't have any seasoning. Whatever. $10 down the drain but lesson learned. I will go across the street to Chick-fil-A or drive down the street to Jollibee or drive a couple miles to Tenkatori inside Tokyo Central. I used to think Ralphs had the best fried chicken and could compete with fried chicken places. I don't know if the quality is just gone down or I've been just eating better fried chicken. So anyway, as a supermarket it's a nice clean place. Other than that, the parking still sucks there.
