Tried for the first time and ordered the cheese nachos special via the drive through. It was chips topped with cheese, steak, jalepenos, and corn. It tasted better than it looked. A few things: - Service: the worker’s communication was almost unintelligible through the intercom. Food came out immediately. This is another fast food establishment that hands you a clip board with your receipt to confirm a tip amount. I’m so tired of fast food places, especially at the drive through, asking for tips. For that reason this is a one and done place to eat for me. Food: tortillas chips were good. They load up with steak. The steak pieces didn’t look appetizing but they weren’t too bad. They could put more cheese on the chips. The red salsa brought it all together. Nachos were about $15 with tax and tip. It was a decent amount of food and we ate it all. I always love coming here for my personal dinners and doordash delivering. Employees are wonderful always kind. My absolute favorite dish is the Mixed fajita plate with chicken,steak and shrimp (Highly recommend!) This place was open all Christmas and they were slammed! Every worker was doing an amazing job, and our order was exactly as ordered. Even McDonald's and Del Taco we're closed and these guys were knocking out burrito after burrito. Did it take longer than normal? Sure, but they were 20 tickets deep the entire time. I would not recommend this place the service is horrible and rude!! We spent $50 and got treated like we are nobody I won’t return I’m calling bbb Ashley at the drive thru needs to go !! I asked if I could have lots of ketch-up with my order. The lady replied that she could only give me a few and shut the window on me and walked away, right after reading that I had given no tip. When she came back after me honking to get her attention she said there’s more customers insinuating I needed to pull out of the drive-through. When I told her I was willing to pay for more ketch-up you don’t just shut your window on people, she tried to charge me well over price for five packets of ketchup. Very bad experience. Ashley needs a dog or a boyfriend because she's way too depressed to be out about in the economy like this. The food quality is next to trash, but I shouldn't complain since its just betos. I guess it's frustrating since its expensive and Ashley got my order wrong and over charged me. We have been coming to this location for years! But the last several months since they raised their prices they have also been cutting back on the amount in their burritos. Super disappointed because we have been customers for so long. My burrito today was thin and mostly tortilla as you can see by the picture.
